Very friendly staff, always happy to help and very knowledgeable. If you cant find what you're looking for just ask, they always seem to have unexpected things hidden away for such occasions. I notice some reviews mention funny looks from staff. Aren't we all covering half our faces with masks at the moment!? Be difficult to be so certain of such behaviour and I've never had problems.

Had the Hozelock multi spray gun when my local B&Q and other stores didn't. It cost slightly more but saved me going online and around local stores every few days to check availability. Buying online was easy and it arrived the first day within the postage time quoted with no problems.

Needed a tap for a 200 litre water barrel. It's on my allotment and the only way I could use it was to submerge my watering can. Spotted a tap at cutlers hardware. Perfect for what I want, will be fitting it asap. Came with washers and locking nut and free postage, very impressive, would recommend product.

Great service and very nice and helpful shop assistants. I would like to thank them for taking seriously the measures to minimise Covid spread. All the assistants are wearing masks, there is a plastic screen in front of the till and the door is always open so there the place is very well ventilated. 5 stars for sure!!!!

A very happy experience- the Brabantia ironing board cover I ordered was keenly priced, ordering was easy, and delivery was swift and free of charge. My ironing board has never looked better, nor the weekly wash less daunting!! Thank you, Cutler's Hardware😀

This place gets better. Excellent value, always very helpful staff has everything you could think of at a much better price than B&Q or Wickes. Highly recommend. If only we had some more real hardware shops like this the country would be a better place.

Another business staying open and helping people as a result. We will certainly stick with after this crisis is over. Hope others do, too. We haven’t been inside the shop for obvious lockdown reasons, but outside they have an excellent range of plants to choose from. This has been a great option with garden centres closed until very recently. Payment is taken at the entrance to the shop, which works pretty well, we have found. I certainty would recommend Cutlers Hardware to others based on our two recent visits there.

This is a superb hardware shop, you name it : screws, paint, bulbs, kitchenware, garden tools etc. I went to get a key cut & it was done in no time. Always super friendly staff.
