Bought our trellis from Frank Keys. To be honest, big search for 6 x 4, nobody had any. Lovely man served us, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

Didn't go in to the shop but we moved someone from one of the homes Frank Key own at the back. The lady that looks after the houses was really friendly and staff that we saw going in and out were sound too

Mixed thoughts on this place. Some staff are very helpful other staff have a very poor attitude. Skip hire guys are great, fair price for skips. The quality of the timber isn't much better than the stuff they sell at Wickes, very knotty poorly cut in places. The top soil I purchased was OK if I ignore all the glass I removed from it... not very impressed as it was for a child's play area and now I'm worried about letting them on it in bare feet in the summer when the grass comes through.

Amazing service. Have been trying to sort out a new gas canister for my BBQ. Originally went to B&Q and they wouldn't refresh my 13kg canister unless a purchased a whole new BBQ and if it did it would be a little 5kg tank. I ended up buying a BBQ, and they still couldn't sort out my gas replacement. Gave Frank Key a call, they had it in stock, 30mins later I'm driving home with a new 13kg tank in the boot. Well done guys, you're my new go to supplier for gas, and I'll be recommending you to my friends.

It's always a pleasure picking up materials from Frank Key. Staff have excellent knowledge and can't do enough for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else - in fact I have to drive past at least two other builder's merchants on the way to Daybrook! Delivery is good too for larger projects, reasonably priced and no long waits. Keep up the good work.
