J. S.Wow, what can I say! I received excellent customer service from Stephen the manager and his staff, from ordering a sample tile that had to come from Spain, to then placing my order. My order was quite small compared to most of their customers I'm sure but I can honestly say that the service I received was no different. The tiles I ordered are amazing and will provide a little luxury in our new kitchen, which after working on the frontline during Covid is our way of treating ourselves. I would definitely shop here again and will recommend it to others, however big or small your order. ⭐😍

They have demonstrated on numerous occasions that they care deeply about the customer experience and are happy to go the extra mile to ensure you get the right result. The team are always willing provide advice and share knowledge to help the customer. We have now done all my bathrooms and ensuite through Porcelanosa and am delighted with the result - so will always come back. S. T. H.Brilliant service from George. I was looking to match tiles with the existing ones in our bathroom (8 years old development). George and his colleague managed to identify the tiles and got me a sample within 2 days. It was a perfect match and despite being out of production, they sourced the tiles at Birmingham warehouse.

I am older , a bit deaf ,poor with I T and live nowhere near the store ..George , who I think is the Assistant Manager ,searched to find some tiles to match the rest of my house when I decided that an off white hall carpet and a Spanish water dog were not compatible . He found some in Birmingham , helped me work out quantities, arranged delivery to my garage and generally gave a five star service , patient , supportive and efficient .
