Excellent shopping experience at Tile Giant Lenton Nottingham. All the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Any unexpected problems I had were dealt with fast and efficiently. I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Tile Giant and the service could not have been better! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very down to earth but still professional. They took the time to go through all of the other elements I may need but not in a pushy sales way, just an informative sort of way. Very good price, no messing. Recommended a couple of tilers/bathroom fitters and I’ve ended up using one of them who was very professional. All in all, I highly recommend!!!!

I wanted to tile a splashback for my kitchen. I discarded BnQ as the metro tiles in there were really poor quality so I ended up round the corner at Tile Giant. I've never tiled anything before and got got chatting to one of the staff in there called Nathan who couldn't have been more helpful, he spent ages giving me really useful advice on how to do the job and didn't try to over sell on equipment or products. Thanks Nathan much appreciated! I've got a wall in the bathroom i'm considering doing next so you will be sure to see me soon.

I have been to Tile Giant on Lennon Lane Nottingham several times. They have always been very pleasant and helpful. I bought some tiles when they were on offer and when I went back for more they gave the same discount. They also put the tiles in the car for me which as a woman I really appreciate. They are a great team

My mum had been to a few tile shops and was getting herself in a panic she couldn't figure out what she wanted and was about to leave, when Nathan asked if he could help, and within an hour she had purchased everything she needed. He couldn't have been more helpful finding the right wall tiles to match the floor style she had picked, even recommending which colour grout would look best, showing her photos from other customers. She left feeling so happy with her choices and excited for her new bathroom!
