Bought a water pump use it every other day to water livestock had a few issues but as I live local to shop itst not a problem as iv been looked after every time brilliant team well recommended and certainly use again :))

After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained that my lawn was in desperate need and asked her if anything could be done to receive it within a 2 day period. "I'll do my best"was her reply. At 1:30pm, the following day, (yes, the next day), my new blade arrived delivered by Yodel. Brilliant service Beth. Thank you - You are a superstar.

Excellent service. Fox 40V lawn mower suddenly stopped working, despite batteries being fully charged. Rang company who understandably asked me to try reseating batteries and isolation switch. When told still not working, immediately arranged collection (which would have been next day if we had been available). Collected Monday 7th June, replacement delivered 11th June. Normally I don't leave reviews and I'd seen a lot of negative so I thought I'd share my experience. I bought a 150L Compressor, after 26 days and in real time use about 3 hours in total it suddenly kept blowing the fuse. Contacted the help desk as it says on the unit itself it can be used with plug and 13a fuse. Oliver was helpful and explained these like running of 15a mains but could see my argument. They collected no problem and I was advised it would need to be inspected to see if I was at fault or the unit itself. 2 days later Elaine advised a refund had been issued. I had no issues either contacting or resolving my issue so can only praise them from my personal experience.

Have bought tools from them for several years and no problems. Recently though bought an ex demo 59mm saw to replace one my daughter messed up. Unfortunately it was faulty. However their superb customer service swung into action and they arranged for it to be collected promptly. After testing it was indeed found to be defective. They replaced it with a better one which I am very pleased with..So I can say from practical experience you can buy with confidence. Bought the baby 1.5 hp compressor. I am delighted with the compressor and all the attachments as we have limited space, it fits smugly in my workshop. The first time I used this company was Lat year when I ordered some spares for an air compressor of a different make (that company has now ceased trading) and having looked at the UKHS web site their compressors looked the same so I took a chance and ordered the spares kit that was recommended and hey presto the parts fitted exactly and my compressor is back up and running. I have since ordered several other items and all have been delivered promptly and in good ordered. One large item was ordered at 1400hrs one day and was delivered by 1600hrs the next day. Very pleased with my new mower. Loads of features, starts easily using the electric starter and is reasonably quiet. I also contacted support regarding new air filters, thinking ahead and was told they stock them, so no problem. Delivery was prompt and the packaging had kept it safe and secure during transportation. Just remember, the product is shipped with no oil installed, so the first thing to do, before running it, is to put in the correct amount of the supplied oil.

I have just ordered and received a "Big Blaster" pressure washer with a telescopic lance. It was ordered at approx. 10pm on Sunday night & delivered 11am Tuesday. Outstanding delivery service! Bought the Crikey Mikey Waterless wash and wax from UKHS in response to an advertisement. I know its for cars but I bought this to clean my light aircraft and it does an excellent job. The Sun plays havoc with the paintwork and makes it dull and flat looking. This brought the shine back to the paintwork and it is quick and easy to use. I would recommend this product for all paintwork cleaning especially if it needs the sparkle to come back.

The quality was fantastic at 120g compared to the other competitors selling 60-90g at the same price. I purchased the Wolf Cordless 18v Lithium Ion Combi Impact Drill for my husband's birthday. He does a lot of drilling on masonry, wood and steel and his old drill is on its last legs. He was over the moon this morning when it arrived and could not believe how little I paid for what he says is a great quality, versatile tool which does just about everything he needs it to, including screwdriving. It comes in a durable, heavy duty carry case and is light and compact. I am very pleased that I chose this as a gift. Finally got round to buying a Wolf Dust Big Ash Vacuum cleaner for the fire this winter, and it has proved to be pretty useful. Comments: filter clogs easily and removing it (it pulls off) and tapping it firmly dislodges the ash into the dustbin, but a built-in spinner would do the job better. Tube clogs easily with bits of fuel not completely ash, a larger diameter hose might help. Overall a good buy.

We purchased a "Big Horn" strimmer last April. This wasn't used until this Summer, while over in the Republic of Ireland. After a couple of refills, the machine wouldn't start. I phoned technical & suspected a duff plug. The company sent same over to us, even tho it was not received, through no fault of theirs. On return fro hols I took the machine back, as arranged. Within one hour I received a call to say that the strimmer was fixed & ready to go. All the staff are very attentive & you couldn't wish for a better after sales service. I have experienced truly superb service from UKHS. I bought a BMC 20" mower over a year ago. That was a good experience and the machine was excellent. The technical support was first class to resolve little teething problems. Earlier this month with the mower 2 months out of warranty, the engine suffered a major internal failure. I reported this and shipped the machine back for an examination. They confirmed a catastrophic failure and immediately shipped me a replacement upgraded model without any cost to me and without any hassle. This machine is much improved and the experience has been highly satisfactory. Well done UKHS and my sincere appreciation for supreme service.

Bought a four in one hedge trimmer/chainsaw/strimmer/brush cutter. Not a bad piece of kit but HEAVY when all sections are together. You really do need to be a body builder to use it in any position other than directly upright.Smaller single extensions are manageable. Not that easy to start. The instructions are very basic and the photos are not too clear. A lot of the assembly process is left to your imagination (or skill). I still don't know why there are two cable ties in the kit! Although I collected from the warehouse the invoice I was given included shipping - until I pointed it out.
