D. J.Polite and helpful staff, although there's some gaps in the shelves due to haulage issues. Update on 15/04/22. Still very helpful staff and some great bargains. They even have self service check out now so great for socially anxious people like myself. Always wide a clear aisles so I can get around the store with my walker or mobility scooter.

m. m.Reasonably large Wilko's. Stocks virtually everything you might need for the home, garden, garage etc. It really is your one stop shop. We found everything we came for - and more. Really efficient and friendly lady on the self serve tills too.
k. r.Gd store for all stuff, however, when I asked some staff about price of a reduced item where price tag wasn't attached, they didn't care and asked me to check at the cashier... Imagine going all the way to the cashier and queue just to ask how much is this item.. Not to mention dragging my v full shopping trolly with me

C. L. (.I like shopping here but the undercover security guard they have here is hilarious. He dresses like a drug user so you'd expect security to follow him, but because no one does then he's obviously undercover security. He once followed me outside and stood at the bus stop watching me (also outside) continue to use the Wilkos free wi-fi, he got bored then went back inside.

R. C.Excellent customer service. The valet parking was a pleasant surprise, as was the extensive wine cellar. The staff were very well turned out, attentive but never intrusive. They are knowledgeable too, and helped me pick the best clothes horse for my current circumstances.
D. E.I like Wilko's. If you can't find something, and you can't easily get to the retail parks; go to Wilko's. However, the stock on somethings has been low recently. Especially gardening materials. There's not a plant pot or small bag of soil in sight. I would like to say, if you go onto Wilko's online, you can get things delivered to the store and collect it yourself; if that's convenient for you; or have delivery to your home address.

T. S.Good place to get your general supplies especially for DIY. Only problems, a little expensive and the layout of the shop is a bit cramped, but apart from that they have a variety of useful products.
T. S.Wilko is always a good bargain shopping trip. There's always something you need in everyday life and Wilko's usually has it. I like the funny jokey things they put on their brand products like bin liners would say "it's bin and gone"🤣I'm glad someone in product advertising has a sense of humour.

M. A. (.Neat and tidy store, the strange layouts and change about's can make things difficult to find. The layout can also be difficult if you have mobility issues as at times stick location and units can limit direction of travel and access if busy.
Found some staff better than than others for knowledge base of stock and location. This means you can be trying to find a member of staff that knows for a while. That said those staff with a good knowledge base are great at helping.

I am fortunate that I can get a frequent bus to right outside the store it is very convenient for me.I can recommend Wilkos to everyone they have a fabulous selection of all sorts of goods again at very cheap prices.

This branch has disabled access.
T.I prefer the one in Loughborough tbh. It had the essentials but it lacked options. I was hoping for more but if you need to buy essential home, craft, stationary, bathroom etc, this is your place.
P. C.This store has everything you need, 99% of the time, the only criticism I have is that some of the staff, especially the lady that was on the Customer Service Desk today, lack Customer Service skills.
Apart from that everything is good.

M. S.Although wilkos are all basically the same
(What I mean by saying basically the same is) they sell the same items,but what they do sell is "HERE'S THAT WORD THAT I USE ALL THE TIME" basically wot I need from toiletries to DIY equipment , i do have to say though that there DIY section is actually quite excellen and value for money.
But wot makes the Grantham branch of wilkos is the staff they are curtious and very helpful 10 out of 10...👍
