Good choice of products and easy to shop. The problem we had was when it came to pay. The queue was long and the customer advisor was unaware of this as no eye contact given. Left the queue to find a member of staff but no one available. Would have been helpful if the self service stations were open.

Large store with a great variety of goods. The main problem is that there are usually only two tills open, despite queues waiting to pay for their goods. Staff on the tills are friendly and helpful. Quite often really good bargains

So many bargains. Great for homeware, toiletries, kids toys... Loads really! Quite a big shop. I get most of my cleaning products here as they're cheap. Customer service is pretty average so my review is more on the shop itself rather than the service.

Found some very reasonably priced nyjer seed and a hanging holder for the shower, just what I wanted.. Also found a bath mat suitable for use in my Guinea pigs pen, lovely and soft and very absorbent. The chopping boards were very cheap and good quality/size

I love this shop - it has a great range of items, all at a good price and some really good special offers. You can also order from a much wider range of stock online and collect in store. The staff here are really friendly and helpful and the store has tills at both the front and back so you get served quite quickly, even at busy times.

Wilko is always a stop off when in town and never come without something. They stock the majority of things. Staff is pleasant when you ask for help. Good size store and good lay out.

Went to get refuse bags from £land....NOTHING! Went 2 wilko every size every type even different colours! Spoilt 4 choice! Top ratings... 5⭐!

We like Wilko. It's a bright, well-stocked shop with reasonable prices and nice staff. For us, it's not somewhere to buy goods in bulk as the parking isn't that great, but it's well worth a visit.

Wilko is what Woolworths used to be until they disastrously changed tack. This is the shop where you can buy all those every day items that you might need, all in one place. The staff here are always friendly and helpful if you can't find something. The prices are excellent. Everything is great value. One of my favourite stores. I hope they stay as they are and don't meet the see fate as Woolies did.

The layout can get closed in a bit but generally I can move around in my wheelchair easily. The staff are also fantastic and all of them freely offer their help. Great deals are always to be found too.
