B. C.We found the place by accident and I'm so glad we did. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I'd spent ages searching for some anthracite grey trim for my cladding project and Eurocell not only were the only place that had it, they also had it in stock at the branch.
Having dropped in on the off chance, it was ordered and delivered inside an hour. You simply can't beat that.
Also, as a DIY'er it can be obvious when staff don't want to help our give advice, I didn't get that here. They were all very helpful.

Rang to discuss remedial works to wooden window cills. Was fortunate enough to speak to Mark who introduced into the conversation a upvc product which seemed a perfect problem-solver. He was proved right. New cill covering now fitted and looks terrific. Apart from this, Mark was helpful, patient and obliging at every point in the transaction even for this small order.
