We have worked with Westcountry Tile and Bathroom as an approved installer for 2 years now. The knowledge of the sales team is second to none, Darren in particular has been fantastic to work with, and the quality of the bathroom products they supply is outstanding. We would highly recommend visiting their showroom which is full of fantastic ideas, bathroom mock-ups and samples.

Incredible. Our experience with Westcountry Tile & Bathroom room was excellent. It began with Jamie visiting our home and taking a look at our existing bathroom. Not only to carefully construct a plan to utilise the space to its full potential but to also get a feel from us on how we would the like the finished article to look. Once our plans were laid out we then visited the showroom to decide on our design/products. Jamie took the time to show us all the styles and products available, giving us is undivided attention; again to ensure our dreams were fulfilled. Jamie's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry clearly came through when we were shown around the showroom and by the answers to all our queries. The production of the bathroom was then organized expertly and professionally followed by an incredible and skilled installation. The finished article is exactly what we wanted and more!! From beginning to end the service was impeccable on all counts. If you are looking for something unique and special, look no further.

When we were enlarging our property we needed to source new bathrooms for four rooms and the biggest problem we encountered was to find a supplier with a good showroom so we could browse and choose. Important to us was to select from a variety of good quality products. We eventually found West Country Tile and Bathroom who I have to say are a top quality outfit. They have a great selection of product at different price points and the service and help we have received is absolutely first class. Nothing is too much trouble and they help all the way through the process. Top quality product, great selection to choose from, great service and great personalities running the business. Can’t recommend highly enough. The best place for bathrooms in the south west!

Excellent service throughout the renovation of our bathroom from design through procurement, delivery and installation. Ours was a large bathroom requiring complete re-design, some minor alterations to internal walls and complete replacement and waterproofing of the bathroom floor on the second floor of the house. Over a number of design sessions Darren listened carefully to our requirements, made suggestions for suitable fixtures and fittings within our budget and was very patient as we refined our ideas through to a final design. Procurement of the chosen items was well handled despite the challenges of Global Supply Issues and everything turned up. It was quite a challenge to move a heavy new bath and bulky shower screen up two stories but this was handled with great care and professionalism. Recommended fitter Nik worked hard for several months with great attention to detail to ensure a successful installation. The finished bathroom is wonderful and we are busy adding our finishing touches to it in terms of decoration.

The showroom has a fantastic range of quality products. Jaime and his team are really helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They are prepared to go the extra mile for the customer. We have used them several times over the last several years and even though we are based in South Wales, the planning of the bathrooms and the shipping of the products to us has been slick and timely. We would highly recommend the company and we will be using them on future projects.

Our company deal with Westcountry tile & bathrooms on a day to day basis. We have found their staff to be very knowledgeable of the products they sell with those bath/shower room products to be of very good quality. I have not found the equivalent from any other bathroom store in the southwest.
