Manager Rahil took care of me from starting to finish my home tiling. He always gave the honest advise and was with my side when a return/replacement issue came up. Just like to apologise to Irfan. I’ve been saying I’ll leave a review for a while, but have been very busy. We are having the whole house renovated which included three rooms for tiling. The experience in dealing with Roccia, more importantly Irfan, the other lads at the counter and deliveries, has been nothing short of professional and pleasant. Even when things haven’t gone smoothly with the renovation it’s good to deal with a company that works with you and creates no additional stress. We have one more room to tile and work outside in the garden. I won’t even waste time looking anywhere else, so see you soon, Irfan.

Visited Roccia several times whilst looking for bathroom tiles. Had better selection than any other shop we went to and looked better quality. Spoke with Sean who clearly knows his stuff and was really honest and helpful. Some of the stuff we didn’t use but they have taken it back and refunded without any issues. We visited several showrooms before choosing Roccia for our kitchen, bathrooms and tiling. The range of products is superb and if you are looking for the "wow factor," like us, this is the place to visit. However, what made it special was the customer care before, during and after particularly from the kitchen personnel. Jenna was our main point of contact. She was extremely knowledgeable about the full range of products and helped design the kitchen of our dreams. Her communication skills and professionalism were evident throughout. She even visited us before and after installation to check everything was alright. We can't praise or thank her enough. In addition, Daniel the kitchen service manager was a delight to deal with, keeping us informed about each stage of the kitchen fitting and helping with the installation. He communicated with us at all hours of the day, handling our queries with efficiency and diplomacy. Furthermore, Pete and Kev the actual kitchen fitters were very professional, competent and involved you in the process. Their work ethic was superb. They also were extremely tidy, removing all packaging afterwards. With regard to the tiling, we also had a similar experience but unfortunately this was not the case with our bathrooms. We again choose luxurious bath ware, but poor communication from the sales department led to several errors occurring, increasing the overall costs we had not budgeted for. We are quite happy to discuss this with one of the Directors if they choose to contact us on the matter.

I couldn't recommend Roccia more. Excellent showroom. Super friendly staff. Amazing products available. I bought 172m2 of porcelain tiles (charborne grey 1200mm by 600mm anti-slip - and they are not slippy!). Got a core driller in and put lights in them. Dealt with Irfan who was great. Very happy with the price. Also dealt with Maz who was great as well. In fact spoke to a lot of people and everyone was brilliant including the delivery guy. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly happy with the tiles now that they have been laid. Photos attached including a couple before and after. Originally was only doing the patio but liked them so much did the driveway too. Building work by Berkley Building & Construction (Jeff Cotrell) who did an excellent job.

Love this place! Actually it's a great day out for the whole family :) The showroom is stunning! Seriously, if you're looking for tiles of pretty much any description, this is the only place in the Preston area to visit. I purchased our kitchen and bathroom tiles from Roccia. The service is always a pleasure, the whole team there are absolutely brilliant; being so knowledgeable about their products, ranges, advice and let's not forget to mention the humour as well :) Initially we were only looking online for the ensuite tiles. As this was such a small bathroom we weren't really looking for anything too exciting. However, what we did learn was you really do get what you pay for ... small print online from cheaper stores that isn't often mentioned about porcelain tiles is that you do have to maintain them on an annual basis when used in the shower, bet you didn't know that did you, I certainly did not. I went to Roccia to ask questions and they said that cheap tiles often do need to be maintained, however, they are NOT products that Roccia sell. We visited several times and each visit we were looked after sometimes by a different member of staff, however, they all had a wealth of knowledge, each new of our queries and of course their special humour which made it a pleasure to place the order; the price being very similar to the one that we've been looking at online yet I knew that I would have a professional and respectable company looking after us. Love our tiles! Bathroom looks beautiful :) So happy with the service from Roccia. Highly recommend. Definitely won't waste any time online next time and we'll go straight to their beautiful showroom. Thank you so much for all your help everyone. The Preston's

Recently, I visited Roccia Design Centre to buy some bathroom tiles. From the tiles to the customer service, I had a 10/10 experience. Sean took care of me and my partner from beginning to end! Due to the fact that this was our first time designing/choosing tiles for our first home, we had lots of questions, however Sean answered all our questions in detail and offered some honest advice which we really appreciated. All Roccia staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Their tiles are excellent, and I will be recommending my family and friends to Roccia especially Sean . Also, In their showroom, I was amazed to see the amount of money that Roccia had raised and donated to charity and it made the experience extra special for me.

Incredible service! Absolutely amazed with the service provided by Zunaid and Benita Zinevic. I had an issue with my 2 soft-closing shower enclosures which was ongoing for a couple of years. Finally the problem was resolved by Benita with Kohler accepting to refund the full amount of just under £3,000.

Roccia were one of the suppliers recommended by our bathroom fitter. Visiting several times I always found the staff in general to be helpful and knowedgable and prepared to give plenty of advice. Alison was excellent at designing our bathrooms and was very patient as we chopped and changed our minds on what we wanted, but she got us there with what we fell is the best design possible for what we want. Irfan gave us sound advice on tiles and spent time to explain options and mixing and matching. All in all it was an excellent experience and so glad we chose Roccia as our bathroom and tile supplier and I do not hesitate in giving them a 5 star review.

Great staff and customer service!! We’ve spent a huge amount on remodelling the house and have purchased goods from several retailers and Roccia by far was the best! The customer service was beyond my expectations judging from experiences elsewhere and the after care is excellent! We bought three bathrooms, including floor and wall tiles and the process was smooth from the onset. Design with Ebrahem was easy. He came to do a measure and was able to help in select the right equipment for some tight spaces. That was matched with the tiles and Siraaj was extremely helpful in ensuring it would complement the design. I’m extremely happy with the final look. The aftercare has to be a special mention especially when one spends thousands. Saeed has been very helpful in getting things resolved quickly and so overall I am impressed with the service I have received. Thank you to everyone at Roccia.

I will only ever purchase tiles from Roccia, from their experience in advising on styles to practicality of different types of tiles, these guys can do it all. Prices are really reasonable and seen as you’re not paying for a corporate structure you’re gaining the benefit in the prices. We’re now on to our second major tiling project where we’ve purchased in a large quantity from Roccia, Irfan instantly remembered me from 2 years ago and welcomed us back to the showroom. We explained we had just bought a new build and needed floor tiles that looked like wood and he was quick to point us in the right direction and understood what we were looking for. He was also able to advise us on grout type and colour to suit the tile and an insight into anti cracking products. Furthermore, these guys can deliver, our recent order was for 40 boxes of tiles which weigh over a ton, we live best part of 20 miles away. The delivery went really smooth considering our new build estate doesn’t exist on any maps, the chap called half an hour beforehand and I talked him through the instructions of how to get here and he was at my doorstep not long after. Care was taken not to damage my freshly laid tarmac drive with the tail lift and the tiles were delivered on a pallet all well sealed and packaged. Really get the feeling that this team go above and beyond for customer care. Furthermore, the showroom also supplies bathrooms and kitchens so don’t hesitate to look around and the prices again can be very reasonable.

Great service! Bought some beautiful polished black marble effect porcelain tiles for new bathroom, along with tile adhesive etc. The tiles look absolutely stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They didn't try and push any expensive tiles and work around any budget! I first visited Roccia some 9 years ago when it was known as Tile Mart to renovate our main family bathroom, and was really pleased with the support and advice that Gavin in the design studio provided. We were advised to invest in premium products such as Hannsgrohe, and we are so glad that we made that investment as that family bathroom all these years later still looks as fresh as it did when completed. Since that initial purchase we returned 3 years ago for inspiration in my wife's hairdressing salon we built in a garage conversion and received guidance from Shiraz in the tiling section, who supported us through several issues with the batch of tiles we ordered until we were fully satisfied with everything. We returned again several months ago to see Gavin for a new design for our en-suite. Again his advice was crucial to us getting the most out of this small space and resulted in us ordering the bathroom fittings with building works completed this week, and today I was ready to order the tiles for the room. Rahil and Shiraz helped us make the final selection on tiles, made sure we ordered the most appropriate size option based on Gavin's 2D plans and importantly the correct quantity for our requirements. As a result of all the help and excellent prices we received I have now ordered the final items needed to finish our en-suite, and I cant thank Shiraz, Rahil and Gavin enough. We are really looking forward to having our new en-suite completed and are confident it will look amazing! The fitting experience was also great. All the equipment arrived on time and our fitter made an excellent job. He even sorted out our uneven floor. Six months on and the bathroom is amazing, we use it every day. To top off this great experience this morning we received a Christmas card and a hamper from Roccia. I have used Roccia for a large number of years on all my properties. I can go back to the Tilemart days! Every time I go to choose some form of tile they are able to find what I need and provide excellent service at a remarkable price. I even needed to replace some damaged tile from a few years ago and they were able to source and supply me the exact tile that I’d bought. Through Covid theyhave still maintained a good service and kept a large number of tiles in store that I was unable to collect for over 12 months. We visited the Roccia warehouse following a chance meeting at the Grand Designs. We were met with the most friendly staff and could not have asked for any better service. The service was excellent and we were assigned a dedicated sales person, Vandan, who could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice was absolutely spot on. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was more interested in our needs than trying to make a sale. We chose the tiles and when the tiles were due to be delivered, there was a slight issue and when I contacted Roccia, within a very short space of time the issue was resolved and the tiles were delivered well in time for when the tiler was booked. Vandan went over and above to meet our needs at the cost of the company and no extra charge to us. The tiles we chose were top quality and at half the price we were quoted in our own home town. Our whole experience was excellent from start to finish with savings of 50% along the way which was a very welcome bonus. I would recommend Roccia without any hesitation to be an excellent company to deal with. Top company, top staff!

'People buy People' Having visited MANY bathroom/kitchen/tile showrooms in the North West I can honestly say that we were 'blown away' by our visit to ROCCIA (Preston). From the moment we walked through the door and were greeted by Irfran, we felt the warmth and willingness to help. Browsing for the first hour we were approached, in a very helpful yet discrete manner by several employees who REALLY wanted to help and obviously enjoyed their jobs. The showrooms are extensive, well laid out and details of what's on show are displayed. On to the design, Gavin Farrington was our consultant. VERY knowledgeable and keen to listen, interpret our ideas and offer advice. NOTHING was too much trouble for him. We came away very relaxed and confident that we had, at last, a solution to our bathroom design. Finally Abs, our 'tile man'. one cannot begin to describe the amount of tiles on display, and uniquely, all the 'sliders' for the heavy tiles worked. Thank you ROCCIA - you are 'SIMPLY the BEST'!

On entering the showroom you are immediately welcomed with smiling faces and offers of help from the staff. We have visited Roccia many times before and are never disappointed with the welcome we receive. This time it was Rahil who not only makes a great cup of tea / coffee but explained that we would be spoilt for choice and would need to spend at least 1 hour in the store or we hadn't look properly :). Having browsed and debated and yes being completely spoilt for choice we narrowed our choice down to 2 designs and we were greeted by Maz. Having had a lovely "brew", and a good chat we made our purchase and went to the distribution centre to pick it up where we were again greeted by staff who were just as pleasant and polite as in the showroom. Whilst doing a renovation project to my family home, some of my friends recommended that I visit Preston to purchase my bathroom tiles because they had brought their tiles from a showroom called Roccia, and highly recommend the quality of these. We already met the company at our local Grand Design back in May 2019, so we already had a good indication of their modern, unique and stylish stock. So we set out all the way from LONDON to Preston. As we walked in, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by a really nice member of staff called Irfan. Not only did he make us feel home but also he was extremely helpful and professional by showing us around and presenting to us the best deals. We took his advice and experience before choosing what was best for us and our bathroom. We virtually spent a couple of hours in the store during the early part of the morning and then took a lunch break. Whilst on lunch we decided to pop into another local competitor. As we walked into that store quite quickly we saw the gaps in customer service and the quality of stock in tiles. We had to ask for help but we didn't get much hospitality so we returned back to Roccia. We believe Irfan did provide us with a fairly good deal and arranged for it to be delivered in the near future, which wasn’t that expensive also. Irfan thank you so much for helping us to decide the best combination for our home, you really did look after us very well - we are definitely coming back again from London for more bathroom, kitchen and porch tiles – Inshallah. If anyone is looking for any tiling shopping we highly recommend you just visit ROCCIA

We have just purchased bathroom fittings and tiling for a much needed upgrade. We built our bungalow and moved into what we thought was a state of the art bathroom. We had a sunken bath and inbuilt bathroom cabinet and in the colour which was very popular at the time, avocado green. Well the bathroom has served us well for 50 years and as this colour was never going to be popular ever again, we decided on an upgrade. Bathrooms have definitely improved and are very luxurious in the 21st century and especially if you check out Roccia. We went several times as the displays are beautiful and give a good view of what we can expect if we decided to buy. We took a plan of the room and gave it to the bathroom planner, Arif, who arranged for us to discuss our needs without any pressure to commit. We then were transferred into the care of the tile department, where we met Massood , the tiles manager. We found him to be very knowledgeable and although we couldn’t make up our minds, he patiently showed us tiles and trims that complemented the room. We decided on the shiny marble grey walls with a nonslip floor. Now it is installed, we are delighted with the finished look. We are very pleased we came to Roccia for our new and modern bathroom and recommend them for quality and service.

I haven't received my bathroom suite, bathroom and kitchen tiles as of yet because I have only just (happily) paid the 50% deposit for them. I visited several companies recently in a search for a kitchen and bathroom and the level of attention and service afforded me paled in to insignificance compared to my reception and design meeting at Roccia. A few minutes after having walked in to the Preston Roccia site, I was greeted by Masoud. He kindly walked me around the site, showcasing the company products and explained the company ethos. Evidently, great emphasis is placed on customer experience and satisfaction at Roccia. I was initially taken by Masoud's enthusiasm for the company, their team and the products they sell but I was most persuaded to part with my money at Roccia because of the way Masoud listened to what I wanted to achieve with my small budget in my small house and he and his colleagues did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or couldn't afford. After explaining what was possible, Masoud arranged further meetings for me with his colleague, Bilal, to design and choose the bathroom and another meeting with Anis to finalise the tile selections. The time, effort and consideration afforded me was second to none at Roccia. I can't wait to post another review with my "before and after" pictures. I will have to wait until Fabio has tiled my dining room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Can't wait now! Thanks Masoud, Bilal, Anis and Roccia Team!

Honestly, for any future tiling needs the only company I would purchase from and recommend to family and friends is Roccia. Irfan one of the staff member has been on point with his excel service and gone extra mile to help me find every item I wanted could not judge his service it was on point. Warehouse staff where very friendly including the delivery guys placed all items inside without any question. Excellent choice of tiles on display throughout the store. You will be spoilt for choice. There are some fabulous tiles and I was shocked at the prices in that the tiles look so expensive but are very reasonably priced. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would not go anywhere else now. Irfan was so very helpful and as I say nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't look anywhere else except Roccia Tiles and Bathrooms.

All the staff are always so helpful and friendly and especially the staff we are just dealing with now - Arif for bathrooms - from the start Arif has helped us design, making sure right choices where made in each bathroom and making sure all information was there for the plumber to fit the bathrooms when needed. Shiraz, Irfan and Zabir have given excellent advice from selecting the right tile for each room, to recommending a tiler and of course more importantly making sure we have the right price for a deal to be done! We visited Roccia initially for some ideas for our bathrooms in our house renovation and were inspired by the wide choice of ideas and stunning displays. All the team at Roccia were very friendly and welcoming including the management and encouraged us to take photos of displays we like to get some ideas. When we eventually had an idea of what we would like across the three bathrooms and the downstairs flooring of our house we were decorating, one of the team, Shiraz, started to assist us with our project. Shiraz’s knowledge and experience was invaluable as he helped us make choices that would make the different rooms flow while still having a very individual look. Shiraz arranged for us to take samples of our tile choices home to see how they looked before finalising our choices which was a great help and reassurance before we committed to making our purchase. We wanted to finish off the look of our bathroom with mosaics and diamanté trim which Shiraz took time to help us select something that would compliment our tile choices and again let us take some samples to try alongside our tiles. We have really enjoyed our experience and have felt very valued by Shiraz and the team. Whenever we have visited the team always refer to us by name and their hospitality is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Roccia from a service, quality and price perspective and will definitely continue to shop with them for future projects. Called in today to pick up the tiles i needed. Hand sanitisers at the entrance and at the tills,social distancing clearly marked out ,staff all wearing masks felt very safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly and even carried the tiles to my car for me.
