Ordered 3.6 x 2.4 Decking Kit - Deluxe Delivery bang on, however the 3.6 m Framing Timber sent was 3 m.. Swapped out next day... Well happy I only had 1 slight bit of banana decking board out of 30, but very slight. Overall plenty of decking screws and framing screws. The wood is of good quality and the project is now finished and used light oak decking stain (Still wet in pic) Update 2018 So I've extended the decking by 5.4 x 4.2...See pIcs...The wood again from Savoy was really good and being so long at 5.4m lengths I wondered if I'd get banana issues everywhere...not the case the wood was workable and I believe another success...

Good quality, delivery was fast and the lads who dropped it off were very helpful. Good customer service, called the day after I placed my order to arrange delivery and then again when an hour away. After experiencing a torrid time from savoy timber I sent out a strong a damming review from my experience and expectations were not met. Savoy Timber response, was swift and apologetic Within hours of my complaint. Their overall package they offered me was generous ( 20% refund on the goods I purchased) All within hours, I received another apology email which I accepted, within the hour I received the Funds. To be honest I didn't expect this type of customers service one bit, after my poor initial experiences. Savoy timber, professional handling of my complaints was dealt with professionally and generously. Excellent customer service.

Fairly straight forward ordering and always people on the end of the phone doing their best. Good prices and products. But please change your crawley delivery company that serves South London and Surrey... Absolutely awful! Didn't deliver on first day. Delivered half the next day then left second 3m long worktop delivery on the pavement and laughed when I asked them to just put one end in so I could drag it in... Was lucky I had another workman there who was happy to help me get it in!

Recently bought lots of decking around 70 lengths @3.6m and 4x2 timbers @3.6m about 30 lengths, very happy about the quality of the timber and prices as well, the only issue was no warning regarding the delivery. No problem with the speed in which the items were delivered but I was going to organise a day off to help with the offloading, but I received a text from the driver that he would deliver in 2 hours. But there was nobody home, but he was happy to unload himself and luckily next door could unlock the side gate, so fair play really I next ordered spindles and handrails and newel posts, again great quality timber and prices, and quick delivery, but no call or text message this time Sort the communication out and I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could

**UPDATE: June 2121, had a request earlier today for order details and Lisa called me to apologise for all the inconvenience and offered to make a partial refund. Just a shame it got this far before they rectified the errors, I try not to leave negative reviews but good of her to sort the issue even though it was 7 months later** What started off as a speedy service soon turned into a nightmare after ordering 3x worktops and paying extra for cut to size service. Delivery was quick however when opening the worktops on Friday evening to install them one worktop had a smashed corner and the other two had been cut 5mm longer than requested. The measurements that I had provided when ordering had allowed for joint/end strips however I then had to cut them by hand to get them to fit because whoever cut them before shipping had cut them too big. I emailed customer service the same evening and explained what was wrong, provided photos and advised that I had to fit them that evening and couldn't leave them until another day to wait for replacements as the plumber had removed sink, hob and oven that day and was coming back the next morning to install new sink/appliances in the new worktops otherwise I'd be without a cooker/sink for the weekend at the minimum. I then had to cut the damaged worktop 25mm shorter to remove the damaged corner and had to cut the others down to fit. I called customer service today as heard nothing back from my email to be told there's nothing they can do because I had cut the worktops. This has put me right off buying from this company in the future, speedy service let down by poor customer service and someone who can't cut worktops to customer measurements. I try to praise companies when the service is good however this time I cannot and for future projects I'll buy elsewhere.

Initially ordered framing timber in the summer to build a decking area in the garden. Yesterday I received more framing timber to build a pergola over my decking area. Timber is very good quality, treated and delivered within the timeframe stated when ordering. Bart & Chris, the delivery drivers, were extremely helpful and required no assistance in taking the timber exactly where I needed it. 5* service and I would highly recommend Savoy Timber

A really lovely, good quality kitchen walnut laminate worktop which comes with edging strip which I ordered online. Looks fabulous. Great customer service from the excellent Annemarie. The courier is the only let down, particularly if you order for delivery in the South of England. If Savoy Timber can sort that out, they’re a great company.

It's local. Reasonable price. Usually plenty of stock. Some of the C16 wood I got recently was badly bowed. I know its wood, and externally sited, it can mishape/split eventually, but starting fresh it made framing my decking more of a challenge. Still would recommend the store.

I order 150cms granite gloss work top received my order on day promised free delivery . When I measured it was 143cms and chipped. I contacted the customer service line was dealt with very efficiently was told that I'd would get a replacement work top next day also free delivery . Guess what I did!!! will from now on use savoy even a little order matters thank you guys who dealt with my issue I will be deffinatetly recommending you to my family and friends. After reading the bad reviews on trust pilot I nearly didn't bother ordering a made to measure bi-fold door from Savoy Timber but I am so glad that I made contact with them to ask as to having a bi-fold door specially made below there minimum order height as the opening was smaller. They agreed to do it at no extra cost. The door fitted and looks great. Really pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I went in with my old decking stairs which needed replacing, really friendly and helpful. Bill took the old one and cut various bits of wood to replicate my knackered stairs so now I have 7 steps 2 side supports all perfectly cut. Also really good value. £36 all cut and ready. Perfect for DIY home projects because you can get exactly the sizes you need as they can cut to size in seconds. It has made making a huge custom oak desk and a cool custom fit bath panel (driftwood vinyl sticker atop mdf that I pre-sealed) very easy. Minimises the workbench and jigsaw time. Good value too.

There is a good selection of timber, plywood, worktops at this place and a delivery service at a cost. Also sell a good range of DIY products and tools as well as building materials. When it's busy the car park soon fills up as there isn't a lot of parking bays.The staff are very helpful so if you need anything just ask and they will do their best to help.
