Excellent Well run ship. If Yr delivering remember to ring in first. They are not being awkward they manage the yard very well and efficiently

Take advantage of the call and collect service, it’s a lots quicker place your order over the phone or email and the warehouse guys will try their hardest to have the order picked and ready for when you arrive.

Sales staff are very helpful here. However the warehouse staff / forklift drivers are a bit grumpy, if they even bother speaking to you before snatching your ticket as they drive by. Be prepared to wait for extended periods of time if they have any lorries waiting to be loaded / unloaded

Friendly advice, helpful staff at counter. Mainly bulk trade so a bit of a wait for forklift operator to fetch goods for DIYers/tradesmen otherwise would be 5*
