D. F.Sadly 24 hrs ago I would have given this business 5 stars, always my first port of call for everything.
However it all went wrong yesterday, went in for a few bits mid afternoon and needed something else,
Looking at the time I decided to go back as I would be there before 5 pm (it says 5 on the door & 4.30
on the web site.
I was in the shop at 4.50 and it felt like a real panic was in full swing, with one member of staff saying to a customer it was " too complicated," and to come back tomorrow ! Then it was announced to myself and another customer "you will need to be quick and cash only" I needed to pay by card so will have to go and buy it today, but sadly not from V&I.
The staff certainly got what they wanted as the shutter was pulled down at exactly 5pm, but at what cost ? On the website it refers to, loyal customers,
That's what I was but loyally works both ways.
n.I have found that the proprietor and John and the young lad are very good and I will be using this shop a lot in the future .

But because surely there must be SOMETHING they don't stock!!!! They know where everything is too.... Don't hunt too long... Ask and they'll gladly help

Don't order online, don't drive in to town - come here as they will more than likely have what you need for you right now.
