The 5 stars go to the delivery driver, Barry. He is nothing short of a legend. The service he gave me as a customer was 11/10. The man is a true credit to Selco Southampton. We've all had grumpy delivery drivers who cut corners. Not Barry. He was happy as Larry. Give the man a payrise. God bless

Excellent service from staff at the depot when I ordered and the goods arrived early on the day we asked them to deliver. The delivery man Michael was very pleasant and placed the bags on the drive exactly where we asked him. Very highly recommended as it meant everything was ready for our work to commence without any problems.

Brilliant store. Friendly helpful staff who quickly took my order for a fire door and offered to deliver it instead of trying to get it into the back of my car. It was delivered at 8am

Selco has most items in stock which is good. I cant say it has the cheapest price but quality is good. In Southampton store there is always a long waiting time at tills, dont know why!!

Only needed a piece of coping stone the staff I spoke to were helpful but it did take a long time to get served as the two staff on the tills where both on the phone. There were lots of other staff about but no one offered. I guess if you were in a hurry then it could become annoying.

Fantastic service and fast delivery. The lorry driver STEVE was very friendly and went the extra mile to have my order dropped in the right place where other merchants I used before just dropped where it was convenient for them so big thank you to him.... .. ( saved me loads of time and work ) 100% will use again.

I using selco warehouse a lots during lockdown and also now . Every time being in there staff is very helpful . Staff will alway make sure customers will get what they need . Friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices if not cheaper than elsewhere. They have different products than the competition, some better, some not. Good attitude to customer service, no quibble on returns.

I was surprised how messy it was in general, like stock had just been chucked on the shelves and the floor was covered in debris especially outside by the wood plus barely any prices on anything. Ended up going to B&Q

Artic delivery wise: had to wait an hour before being seen to as only one forklifter was available. (Even though more forklifts were there and people was driving them) Once in, and tipped. I had to reverse out by myself (no banksman) Expected more help from staff, I even had to go find them after they tipped me to get my paper work.

Can't fault them. Always helpful. As a self employed spend lots of cash there. Always competetive prices, discounts possible. Brilliant.

Excellent service good quality much far cheaper than travis Perkins £65 pounds Selco £30 pounds same make same thing , Wicks and B&Q expensive as well
