j. r.Same as any b&q, cheap products sold at inflated prices. I mean if you want a quality kitchen, there are better places. Staff are amazing though... very helpful indeed

J. M.Been many times. Has a good variety of decorating & DIY products. To-day I needed chain saw chain oil & they had it in stock.
D. M.Got a bit of everything. Well, a bit of everything you would expect at a DIY store. I mean, you can't buy nachos or a big mac, you couldn't get your hair cut or a massage but, as expectations of what you might find in a DIY store go, a bit of everything. Hope that's clear.
P. O.Ordered a new lawn mower on line and was able to collect in ten minutes, very happy with the mower. Really friendly and helpful staff
J.Really helpful staff, went for a refill of the gas for the BBQ they collected a new bottle while I paid, extremely helpful.
M. P.Friendly and helpful staff, really do try to help where they can. Parking is at the top of a slop, so you might need to bring your car down to the main doors to load larger items. Sadly this can take up a disabled spot, but they are rarely all used.
The store itself is well stocked as you'd expect, clean and well presented.

s. j.Normal BQ, well stocked on this visit prices have gone up but they have everywhere. Parking is on a teard bank with only 2 or 3 disabled parking spaces at the bottom level.

T. S.Staff not paying attention to detail as I currently shop here at given times and my mask exemption card is clearly visible and bright to be seen and still get asked of mask exempt this is not on as they need to use there eyes better
M. H.Easy to get too. There is always someone helpful on the door if you have any questions early on. The staff I spoke to were very pleasant and happy to help. They are happy to do returns if you have the receipt. The parking spaces are quite small so be prepared for some random two space parkers
T. S.Very quiet B&Q. Well stocked and easy to navigate. Staff and for the most part friendly and helpful, prices are often very good and competitive. Only point to bare in mind is the parking is on a steep ish hill that perhaps some elderly people might struggle with.

This B&Q is situated on the opposite side to Freeport Outlet Mall - convenient to those who like a good bargain 😉

A. A.Of course Pauline was her usual helpful self. However, nothing I went into store for was available! There was a piece of wood I needed but it wouldn't have fitted in my car! I asked if it could be sawn in half in fact offered to do it if a saw was available the answer was no. Also I needed a stubby hammer non of those either!!!! Regards Anne Azmeh.

This store gets 5 stars due to excellent customer service.
When asked where stock was they took me, they checked stock levels. Then apologised for not having the stock.

M. A.This B&Q felt like a rabbit Warren with everything being packed in very tightly compared to other B&Q stores. B & Q in recent times has fallen behind in stock and availability for sure. I normally use a different B&Q to this bit for above reasons I visited this one instead, only to find the same issues as previous. Waste of time looking online for availability/stock at any B&Q it seems, because online says they have what you need, and when you get there, they don't!!! You cant do it if you B&Q it!!! Sorry!

The checkout system is a fiasco it takes ages to get thru the one checkout that is open queuing into the centre of the store untrained staff working the till who couldn't work out a portion of product from it's meterage price

R. S.I wanted some tile trim and they had sold out in the Crewe store. I had never been to this store and it is surprisingly close. Much smaller than others and seems a bit hidden away. Found what I wanted easily, the store was quite, tidy and seemed organised. Staff were friendly.
