I had been considering changing my cold white bathroom to something warmer and considerably more modern for a little while. So decided to get on with it, but as a single woman knowing what she wanted for the bathroom, proved a bit of a challenge when getting quotes. Approached 3 other companies to be told couldn't have what I wanted, always something that wouldn't work. I went to Bespoke Bathrooms after reading their reviews. What can I say they are amazing. Such a friendly, respectful and helpful company. Maz's design was perfect and the quality of materials are fantastic. Martyn and Tom fitted the bathroom for me. Such amazing craftsmen and I do mean that. Nothing too much trouble, they had some ideas to make features better. They were unbelievably tidy. All done on time and in my budget. This company and the craftsmen they use to fit the bathrooms are fantastic. Recommended them to my friends who desperately want reliable and respectful tradesmen. Its now 3 months since work done and not one defect.

We had previously had our ensuite replaced by BBS and this time it was our main bathroom. It wasn't a small job as it involved knocking down 2 walls and building another! Maz did a great job helping us with the design. Shaun and Darren were brilliant on site, talking things through and making little improvements along the way. I did a lot of research into finding a someone who could design and replace an outdated bathroom and came across BBS. Baz came out and took measurements and within a couple of days came up with a design that that impressed me and was within my budget. The fitter assigned to us (Adam and his son) were an absolute pleasure to have and I felt trusted having them around leaving them to do the things they needed to. Excellent. We started with out dated bathroom with no storage space and no shower. Maz was extremely patient while we went through various options in the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained thoroughly.. The fitters arranged a skip and turned up when they said they would, cleaned up everyday and ensured we had a working wc every night when they left. The materials amd fittings are all top notch quality and I wholeheartedly recommend Bespoke Bathrooms to anyone. It's been 3 months since completion and everything looks like brand new still. The quality of the materials is excellent. We had a couple of changes during the fitting process..... The shower tray we originally ordered looked too big when it came to fitting and it was no trouble for Maz to order a replacent and get it delivered within the fitting schedule. The fitters suggested a change of lights from 3 x spots to a single, flush mounted led unit and changed the old pull cord switch for a flush mounted one. They finished the job 2 days early and even painted the walls and ceiling for me. 10/10 to Bespoke Bathrooms.

From start to finish this was 5 stars all the way. We first visited the company last Summer 2021 and were introduced to Maz who made us extremely comfortable and welcome. Having previously had a fitted kitchen from their family company KTF we knew how the system worked and knew that we could leave all stress, worries,concerns and designs with them. Maz has impeccable manners and immediately understood the need for us to completely rid out the bathroom and replace with a shower room after my wife had a fall during lock down resulting in a broken leg. Being in our late 60's he asked numerous questions to ensure that the new design would take into account our health and mobility. He then arranged for someone to visit us for measurements and design ideas and then we were to return to the shop to choose the fittings which is not easy as there is so much choice in whatever budget you have. With Maz's help we created our perfect shower room and planned for installation in January 2022. Unfortunately Covid got in the way so it was delayed until February 2022 and right on time as planned Shaun and his team arrived. Now what a superb team they are:- Shaun, Warren, Rich, Dave, Martin - you hardly knew they were in your home - I would advise anyone to ask for that team - great people and a pleasure to have in your home. We now have a fabulous shower room that we are proud of. Anyone thinking of a new bathroom or refit - DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, these people are No. 1 in Staffordshire. Thanks so much. Great experience from start to finish, our old fashioned styled bathroom completely transformed and we couldn’t be any happier with the end result. Well, it starts with a broken shower and ends up being a complete bathroom refurb, and what a choice we made with these guys! Couldn’t of asked for anymore. From the minute we went to the shop we were greeted with open arms by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company & great fitters. We wanted a radiator moved across the room... no problem. We had a window in an odd position where the shower was going... no problem. There wasn't a straight wall in that bathroom & even the floor wasn't level (why did we buy this house?)...no problem. Adam is a perfectionist, he even packed around the windows properly (something the window fitters should've done but didn't) before tiling. He never stops working. Any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. Can't fault them both the shop & the fitters were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Finding a reliable company to carry out any work in your home can be quite a challenge. Google reviews certainly help in deciding who to invite to provide a quotation and I was impressed with the high ratings and positive comments for Bespoke Bathrooms. They didn't disappoint! They manage to strike a perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism, flexibility and efficiency. Short story? Would definitely recommend. Longer story? Read on for more details..... From the very first phone call with Fez I knew there was something special about BB. Maz came to take the measurements needed to draw up the basic plans, quickly followed by an assessment by the fitters, Andy and Steve (more about them later). Soon afterward we visited the BB showroom to choose our bathroom suite, units, tiles, flooring and accessories, based on Maz's plans and he was able to provide a full quotation there and then. Because we were so pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price, we agreed pretty much straight away to go ahead with the work. The other factor that influenced our speedy decision was having met the “coal face” guys, Andy and Steve. We'd immediately felt relaxed and comfortable with them, sensing that they were the respectful and trustworthy kind of people ideally you'd like working in your home for any length of time. Because it was full refit, the work took 9 working days, one day short of their estimate. Andy and Steve were careful to keep everything clean and tidy and their cheerfulness throughout (including banter and singing) was most welcome – who wants grumpy people turning up every morning? In summary, the quality of the bathroom suite etc., plus the standard of workmanship are excellent (NB. As it's an in-bath shower, glad we paid the extra to have the Supercast finish, which adds to the feel and durability of the bath). We are truly delighted with our beautiful new bathroom – it's even better than we'd imagined!

I can only speak very highly of Bespoke Bathrooms Staffs. The job required was to fix a leaking toilet clean water pipe to the cistern and to replace and fit a shower door. Two previous plumbers let me down by failing to diagnose the leaking issue correctly and replacing with a seal that continued to leak. Frontman Fez turned out to be as efficient as he is charming ,sourcing the relevant parts quickly. Then, with a pleasant manner and without any delay, Andy and Steve arrived and diagnosed the issues for correction. They fitted the new shower door and fixed the toilet leak. A problem that had been in the hands of other plumbers and unresolved for months was solved and completed in days, to a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction, at a reasonable price. What a wonderful experience this was for us both. We went to Bespoke Bathrooms to have a look around as we had decided to update our existing en-suite, bathroom and cloakroom. Maz and Fez were both pleasant and helpful, we left with two books to look through and an appointment made for Maz to come out to have a look to see what we wanted and to give us some ideas. Once we had chosen what we wanted after another visit to look at a few pieces Adam came to the house to measure up to ensure everything was going to fit. Once all done and date set we waited for Adam to arrive and nearly two weeks later everything fitted perfectly, all looking great. Maz, Fez and Adam looked after us even down to the fact that the toilets chosen weren't available so new ones sent at no extra cost. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. We have just had our en suite supplied and fitted by Bespoke bathrooms. When we went in they arranged to come and look at our old en suite to measure up. Maz was brilliant and put a plan together for us. The plan was really good which had everything we wanted and worked well in the space we had. Maz and Fez showed us around the showroom and gave us brochures to take home. We made a decision to have it done and Allan came out to look at the job. Nothing was too much work for any of them. Bespoke delivered it in advance ready for the work to start. Allan and Ansar fitted the en suite and tiled it all. Allan came up with a plan for an in wall shelf and did it for us with spotlights which we think adds so much to the en suite. They became part of a family over the week they were at ours. They are hard workers and you can tell they love what they do. The standard of finish is amazing and we could not be happier with the work completed. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

Quality product for an affordable price and I can't wait to see it installed. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new bathroom suite to forget about the rest and go straight to Bespoke, they will look after you from start to finish ( Marc Homer) ************EDIT************ SO... after being offered the installation by Bespoke, I declined because I had already got a fitter lined up... I MESSED UP.... so not long after the other fitter had installed the suite my electric kept tripping, then it tripped and wouldn't come back on, it was a Sunday, so after an emergency call out my electricity was on, I knew it was something to do with the bathroom so I rang Bespoke and explained the situation to them, they passed me onto one of their fitters- Allan weatherby, he came out, after his days work and spent a few hours finding the leak in my bathroom at night , and as suspected it was because of the cowboy of a fitter I had used, there was 2 separate leaks that Allan found when he came out, and today.. 26.9.20-he has been there all day rectifying poor work of somebody else, not many people would do this but Allan did... He is a credit to Bespoke and a massive credit to himself, as I've previously said, if anybody needs a bathroom suite they should definitely go to Bespoke and they should 100% use Allan for fitting, hindsight is a great thing but we should definitely of used Bespoke for everything, we certainly wouldn't of had the headaches and the cost of the electrician if we had, WE CAN'T RECOMMEND ALLAN AND BESPOKE ENOUGH!

Really happy with my en-suite from bespoke bathrooms. I dealt with Maz who was brilliant with me. It took me a long time to fit my appliances has a friend fitted it for me. And within a month or so after friend fitted my suite I had a leak and we couldn’t understand where it was coming from. After a bit of time we realised it was coming from the toilet. Anyway we took toilet out and realised there was a fault on the toilet. So I called Maz to tell him about it and because it was longer than twelve months since I brought the suite off them it wasn’t under warranty anymore. But maz told me to bring it up and he gave me another one without any drama what so ever. He could have just said no and charge me for a new one. I’ll definitely be using bespoke bathrooms for my new bathroom very soon. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I only needed an additional chrome corner trim to finish a job. I called around locally but no one seemed interested as I only needed such a small value item. Then I called Bespoke bathrooms and spoke to a top guy Kes, he said his computer system said there was one in stock. I jumped in the car and set off. When I arrived I had a look around the showroom and was taken back by some of the more unusual bespoke bathrooms on sale. Initially Kes was struggling to put his hand on the trim, but insisted if his system said it was in stock it would be there. After 10mis he came out of the warehouse trim on hand, and the cost FOC, because he couldn’t put his hand on it immediately. What a top guy. With integrity like Kes showed I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Bespoke bathrooms for a bathroom refit. 👍🏻
