T. A.Fantastic customer service and support. Traveled from Cardiff in South Wales to pick up my first .22lr rifle, staff extremely welcoming upon arrival, offered a coffee straight away, and no rush to the sale. They ensured I was happy with the rifle before purchasing, and took the time to walk me through the intricacies of complying with the paperwork for a Section 1 purchase to ensure I was safe from any error in regards to my FAC. Not an issue for expired FAC holders, but definitely a nice touch for those new to the sport!
I would definitely consider purchasing from Livens in the future!

R. H.Recently purchased a new rimfire rifle from Craig who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the particular rifle, shown me how to strip and clean it while I was there. It was a week later before I finally got to use it only to find it wasn't cycling properly, a quick phone call to the shop the next day and was advised by Phil to bring it back for him to check. When I got there Phil dropped everything he was doing and took me and my gun into there workshop to assess the problem, within 20 minutes I was on my way home with it fixed and tested in front of me, he even did a little modification foc for me. I would recommend anyone looking for a new gun to check these guy's out.Thanks Phil, Outstanding service
