Great service in store, good quality products

Excellent service and friendly staff as always. A special mention to Karl Herrod for his excellent customer service second to none. Late in the day delivery for click and collect orders to the shop meant I might have to wait another day (day 5 since ordering) as they'd have to process the delivery. However Karl very kindly understood my situation and went above and beyond to get my order ready before close. In the 10+ years I've been to this store I've never once had an issue with anything and would highly recommend... especially for customer service.

Had a problem with a DA polisher and was glad I'd bought it here rather than an online seller. I was expecting a repair under warranty but, as it could be seen to be hardly used (like new), I was given a replacement. I will definitely be shopping here again for the great customer service :)

Fantastic place. Karl, Simon and Lewis in there really know there stuff. Helped me get all the right tools for the job and explained the best and safest way to operate them. All this with social distancing themselves at all times. Well done lads, will definitely be using you all the time for power tools. By the way job went perfectly as per your instructions.

Very good place. Lots on offer. Plenty of welding supplies and sorted a hiccup out for me problem free. Chaps behind the counter know thier onions. Could easily bankrupt myself in here though 😂 ill be back for a roll cab very soon 👍
