Katie in the Hanley store is an absolute star. She kept me fully informed about my order with regular phone calls, and when it finally arrived was extremely efficient and very friendly. If there was an award for employee of the month, she should definitely get it. Highly recommended.

the main problem with this place is when you have to return something faulty under warranty they send it back to supplier for verification and you have to wait weeks before you get a replacement or a refund. In this day and age that's shocking, your left without the money to buy a replacement from elsewhere and without the tool to do the job your on. If like me your in business this monumental flaw will cost you time, money and reputation.

Excellent service from Jordan and Jason today, I ordered a compressor and it hadn't arrived when it said it would, but they were quick on their feet to help me out with the problem, sorted in no time, I would highly recommend the store to ANYONE, the employees are very helpful!!
