Brilliant you don't have to wander about looking for what you are after, you just walk upto the counter and ask a member of staff they then check to see if its in stock and they go and get it for you, of course you can also look online order what you want then go and get it or have it delivered also there's the catalogue you can look through then you have the same choices fetch it or have it delivered any one of those can save you a lot of time and its not expensive either.

Did a click and collect today. Washing machine fitting. Got home wrong fitting. My fault ! Went back to store. Within minutes I’d got my refund and left with the correct part. That’s how it’s should be done. In fact I’ve never had a problem in this store. Thanks staff. Doing a good job 👍🏻

A good store along the Leek Road A52 between Joiners Square and Bucknall, with good opening times, which is very handy when your in the building game and your working hours ain't exactly 9-5. Good for parking, never had any problems when I pop in and it's free. The store location is local to me. Staff are really good, helpful and friendly and the service is quick, just what you want. I'm using this place more and more for my bits and bobs and getting a lot of my work wear from here. A great shame I can't get all my PPE from here, but what I've had it's been good and at a fare price.

I go to Screwfix using the trade entrance and visit quite often. The staff are really nice and helpful and remember me the next time I visit. They will always offer guidance if needed and help me if I can't carry everything. The prices are very reasonable and they open long hours, seven days a week. You can go on line to order and pay and just collect your items when you arrive. Excellent.

Good place to buy tools, plumbing, electric, radiators, all kind of DIY and professional. The prices there are really hard to beat. Sometimes it's good to look first on their website if you need as specific item. Then make a photo (with the phone) of the computer screen and they can find it in the shop for you if you show the person on the counter the photo. I am mentioning this because I recently found something on their website which wasn't printed in their "in store paper catalogue" when I searched for it. "Toolstation" on Victoria Road in Hanley is another good shop. Very similar to Screwfix but slightly different stock if you can't find what you are looking for.
