What can I say? Probably the best customer service I've ever encountered. Jane at Selco in Swansea could not do enough for me. Considering I only wanted one length of Dado rail, Jane pulled out all the stops over the course of a week to help me. With multiple phone calls and conversations, Jane genuinely wanted to help a customer in need and she smashed it. Thank you Jane, I will definitely remember your service.

Selco was recommended to me after a catalogue of let downs via LBS. The friendly caring attitude. customer service and care along with the high standard of service was a world away from other firms. All the staff I've come into contact with have been polite & professional but Jayne in particular has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She's sourced materials, shared professional information on products and tips on use. The delivery drivers have been courteous and helpful when delivering to my home. I couldn't look for any more from a company but Selco Swansea have delivered it and beyond.
