If you are moving your home and you need household utensils and things, this is your place . Good and fair prices. Worth money. Cheaper than Amazon and eBay products. Big show room in Swansea with ‘sale’ counters always. All sorts of household items, cleaning stuffs, pet foods, stationeries. Sweets, chocs, crackers are good and high quality. Only worse thing is the big queues at the counters,even though they have a less than 10 item counter as well.

No idea what is happening at this store? Used to have so many useful household items, and at great prices too. But over the last few months the shelves always appear half empty. Its obviously not the shop staff's fault - the higher ups in the company have obviously decided to inflict a slow death on the store.

Located by Swansea Bus Station and a place to buy essential items like toiletries, gardening products and items for the home like furnishings, rugs and cushions. Very nice car & bike accessory section and tools along with paints and DIY. Not forgetting pots, pans and cooking items. Pay a visit soon 😁

We managed to get most of what we forgot to bring with us sorted. It's a Wilko so never going to get a great rating but the guy working on the checkout on the 7th of August around 2:30 is a great asset to your business. He knew where everything was.

Was very good value it has changed, prices up, most shelves are empty for about 5 to 7 days pet food for cat's and dogs. Shelves are full for a few day's then empty for days. I heard the staff go to other shops to get better bargains . Wilkos has changed a lot.

Lots of other high street staff should visit this store to observe what outstanding customer service can be. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and security team, working in this busy city centre store. I have witnessed many of them going above and beyond to help their customers in a variety of ways. During the recent lockdowns they have remained open and the staff have been informative about the current guidelines, efficient, helpful and cheerful. Wlkos is great but being a wheelchair user getting from the carpark to Wlkos was an utter nightmare Swansea city council spent millions to bring in predestinations but forgot wheelchair users, the paving slabs uneven, the pavement slopes, there are added slops and high kerbs you have been warned.

Went to buy metalic spray paint, unfortunately they didn't have the one I was after but they did have an alternative which was close enough. The shop was very tidy, not too busy and didn't have to wait all that long at the checkout. Over-all very happy with my visit and will definitely be returning.

Has everything you would need beauty, diy, garden, toys, pet supplies, art supplies and office and school supplies and it is good value for money so you can get whatever you need for a good price. My personal favourite thing is that they sometimes do half off on there pick a mix and the large is £1 so movies and just days in are amazing.

Since woolworths sadly left the high streeet this is the best alternative. From homebrew to gardening,, stationery to dog food. Personal hygeine to diy and paint. It's all there. Just outside the quadrant in swansea. Fill your boots!

A nice pleasant shop to browse through, it is a little scattered item wise, I have noticed that there range has decreased, but I believe that is since the opening of cafe area, food is fine, prices very reasonable, but don't expect a wide menu. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and on the good side I did purchase some China mugs for £2-00 each, and very similar mugs in Marks and Spencer and other places were £ 4-00 to £6-00 dearer, all made in China. The only problem there was not anything to wrap them in, so I had to use my plastic raincoat and carrier bags I had on me, so please Wilko, a little something to pack them would be the norm, I hate to think if I was buying a full dinner set there. It's sad to see the old original bus station gone, but glad the building is being utilised to a good purpose. So if you are looking for bargains, even garden plants, its a shop to investigate. But be warned of the smokers who seem to congregate around the entrance and close by, it's not very pleasant having to plough through a cloud of smoke.

It was ok except the isles were taped off but you did'nt know this until you got to the bottom of the isle. They should have a notice at the top of the isle, as I am on a mobility scooter it is very hard to back up from the bottom to the top of the isle when you realise that there is no exit

There is food in the basement, while the non-food offer is on the upper floor. The prices are also reasonable for me as a continental European. I found all the items I was looking for. I can recommend this shop because of the good value for money. However, I have to admit that the quality of the goods in this shop is rather average. (Original) Das Geschäft wurde im Internet als Baumarkt angezeigt, tatsächlich ist es aber ein Mix aus Kaufhaus und Lebensmittelmarkt. Im Untergeschoss gibt es Lebensmittel, im Obergeschoss findet sich das NonFood Angebot. Die Preise sind auch für mich als Kontinentaleuropäer angemessen. Ich habe alle Artikel gefunden, die ich suchte. Ich kann dieses Geschäft wegen den guten Preis-Leitungsverhältnisses empfehlen. Allerdings muss ich gestehen, ist die Qualität der Waren in diesem Geschäft eher durchschnittlich.
