R.Ordered the items through Eurocell website direct, found out that all this does is send the order to the local branch but at a lower cost (had already checked stock with them so know they didnt have the bits i needed, and wasnt surprised when they called to confirm this) But have to say that Ross the branch manager has been very helpful, easier to note things on an email to him than reel off on the phone. I like the Eurocell products but their HQ customer service guy was a little rude and told me my issue was invented ! he was wrong. I was told a new website costing millions on its way next year, and that there current website doesnt work ! to me it sounds like HQ dont help the Branchs out enough with stock and these web orders and should just allow branchs to match prices as then you can deal direct. Thanks Ross and team for working a miricle.
