Really great choice of tiles and bathroom equipment including underfloor heating. Excellent staff on hand to advise and point you in the right direction. I have recently refurbished both a kitchen and bathroom to a high standard thanks to the help from Dave and Ian at Tilemaze Telford. Tried the others but none compare. Extremely competitive on price and a great delivery service. They did what they said they would do and that counts for a lot.

Top shop . With experienced staff on hand . I visited Tilemaze in both Telford and Shrewsbury . Plus all the other shops . I found Tilemaze have a very good choice of bathroom furniture all set out in nice settings with matching tiles . This helped me visualise things . I think I drove them crazy what with all my visits and questions . But I would like to thank them very much as it all looks beautiful.

Called at Telford store after pricing tiles at other local stores. Prices very competitive and after really helpful assistance by Dave Walford we placed our order. Also with the patience and professional attitude which Dave had shown, we did not fell pressured whilst we made up our minds, and so we also purchased additional bathroom fittings , shower tray and screen, wash basin and toilet along with taps. Very pleased with quality and finish. We will be back to see Dave in the New Year for floor tiles, excellent service, helpful and friendly. Well done Tilemaze and Dave Walford .

I was recommended to visit Tilemaze in Stafford Park Telford by my friend who had recently purchased here bathroom suite and tiles from the company. Was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome and comfortable upon 1st impression. I found the staff Matthew & Simon were very helpful and had great product knowledge.The range of colours and sizes on offer were amazing and on just my 1st visit i was able to purchase everything that i needed to refit my bathroom at an incredible price. Will highly recommend them myself to others.

Find that the staff at Telford to be helpful engaging pleasant and informed. But found the opposite at Shrewsbury with no staff to see other than a young lad cleaning the displays. On eventually getting some ones attention member of staff was rather brusque. If you want anything go to Telford branch.

Just bought some tile chrome edging from Telford branch, tried to return it half an hour later they would not take it back or give me credit. Don't know anyone else this who does. Shan't be going there again

Purchased my bathroom through Tilemaze was delighted with the sales staff at Telford who beat a quote from another major tile retailer to secure my order.The final bill was almost half the price as they threw in the adhesive couldn't be happier.
