I can't praise Grahams enough. Their sales staff are very knowledgeable and managed to help me buy the right grass cutting product for a very large garden, the man who delivered it was very knowledgeable and showed me how it worked and advised me, they even took away, serviced and returned my old mower at a very reasonable price and very quickly. When visiting the shop everyone is very friendly and helpful. After trying two other local companies with poor results I will never go anywhere else. 5/5

Grahams Garden Machinery is an excellent business to deal with. Great staff throughout, quick, efficient, helpful and well priced. Initially I was very impressed with grahams. They've got a lot of tasty kit to dribble over and they have a parts department with some good stock of bits and pieces to help when all the other companies needed a few days to order parts in. However I've only given them a three star because when the solenoid I purchased turned out to be faulty and I tool it back, the fella I saw looked like I'd taken away his pasty and replaced it with a iceberg lettuce. I'd like to say he was helpful but the only word he muttered when I asked if he wanted to see my receipt was "no" worryingly it sounded like he had just got off the phone giving another customer a piece of his mind... very rude indeed and definitely needs to learn the value of customer care from his other much nicer colleagues. He almost threw the replacement across the counter at me.

Went there after mower didn't start though serviced less than 6 months previously. They diagnosed fault straight away, Dad due to dementia had put oil on the petrol tank by mistake. They didn't charge for their trouble as it only took about half an hour. I would highly recommend these guys, so patient with my aged parents. Thanks very much.

Wanted a light weight strimmer. The member of staff took the time to explain a good suitable model and allowed me to try the harness to make sure it was comfortable. The machine was then prepared and I was shown how to start it up and use it; this is my first strimmer as my husband's model is too heavy! Very impressed with the customer care.

I wouldn't get any of my garden machinery anywhere else, yes you might save a fiver online but you will not be able to rely on the good old fashioned service that Grahams offer. From servicing to purchase of new kit they are they continue to be 5 star.
