I went to buy a Christmas tree and one staff member accompanied me and patiently waited whilst I made my choice. He very kindly lifted it into the boot of my car. A very happy experience. I recommend Homebase.

Looks lovely from the outside but not so great on the inside with lots of empty spaces and untidy areas. Shop looks far too big for amount of products inside and half of the upstairs area is closed off. Customer service was very good and garden centre was exceptional.

Based on the Treliske retail park. Parking here not usually an issue as loads of space. Big store for the DIYer, stocking everything from Kitchens to gardening. Good choice, not the cheapest bit not expensive, and always some offers and bargains to be had.

I visited the Truro branch today and the staff were extremely helpful, especially the lady on the Customer Services/Click and Collect and the young man who carried out my items to the car. Thank you Homebase Truro, it was a pleasure to shop at your store.

On entering the premises the sanitising hand wash area looked like it needed a bit of a clean as it looked grubby and didn't really want to use it. But once in floors are marked for social distancing and staff wearing masks. Staff were friendly and helpful and the shop looked inviting, clean and tidy and well stocked.

Usually ok. I followed the covid rules. Waiting in designated area for till, to be unceremoniously told to move down by a chap behind me even though the tills were in use. I pointed to the sign and said I was doing as it said. He told me it didn't matter, he worked there and I was blocking the isle!!!! Most of the time some of the staff are helpful but now and again there are the odd ones that like the sound of their own voices. Woman in the gardening section can be quite off and one lady on till is friendly but loud! Overall ok. We wanted a particular xmas deccie and they were out of stock. Didn't know if they were getting any more but couldn't sell us the display one. Don't understand that. Were I work we always sell display if customer wants it. Better to have money in the till!!!

Got a cracking Ozito multitool in there the other day (300watts worth for only £45, cased up with a load of accessories) Worth a visit just for that. Also kitted out daughter's new house out with skirting and architrave from there which was really quite good for the price, you do need to have a good sort through though, to get the best bits..

Friendly staff but I bought my kitchen there. The aftersales care was non-existent. I had to constantly chase the sales rep and the delivery team were terrible. Overall it was quite a stressful experience and not one I care to repeat. I would not recommend this store for purchases involving delivery.
