Absolutely fabulous service from a local company! Worked with us all the way on our great new kitchen. Neil is always available to offer help and advice. I am really happy we used Grappenhall Kitchens and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thankyou guys for all you did for us.

We had a complete strip out of the existing kitchen and dining room, knocked through into one open space with a large multi-functional island in the centre of the space. We also broke through into the garage and built a utility room to which the boiler was relocated to. We had several windows and doors bricked up and a 5m bi-fold door installed. Excellent end product from Neil and his team and excellent service throughout the process from Carole and Neil. Everything clearly discussed and explained along the way and every activity was given a time line which was kept too and completed when Neil said it would be. The workmanship is second to none and nothing was to much trouble if we wanted something adding or altering, the fact that after a big job like this the snagging list was minimal because of his excellent work. We though the house would be a mess but Neil took the time to ensure other areas of the house were cut off from the work area to limit the dust finding its way around into other areas, he also took the time to clean the work area when needed.

An absolutely incredible service by a local business. We were let down buy a larger company who guaranteed to offer a bespoke service and help us navigate through all the building work and kitchen installation so we decided to go for a local company…what a great decision that was and we have a lot of building work! From start to finish they were engaging, professional and took a huge amount of pressure off while dealing with multiple trades. They supplied the builder, plumber, kitchen fitters, electricians, under floor heating specialists, tillers and organised their times and dates of arrivals, we were so ‘hands offs’. The outcome is the kitchen we wanted with lots of added benefits. With excellent products, outstanding management and superb customer service we cannot recommend the team enough. We needed a custom made splashback for our existing kitchen which included a cut out for the existing double socket. The colour had to match the painted wall exactly. The colour was a mixed one and several years old. Neil took all the details and the precise measurements and sourced a niche company to do this. When Neil came to fit the splashback we were extremely pleased. It fitted perfectly and the colour match was also perfect. It exceeded all our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neil for his workmanship and attention to detail.

Was extremely impressed with the work undertaken by Neil in the fitting out of my utility room. He was able to brilliantly match the cabinets and work top to my existing kitchen and was very helpful in suggesting changes to my original plan to achieve the look and versatility of space that I wanted. The job was done efficiently and cleanly. It was only a small job in the general scheme of things but the finish that he achieved was as if he was doing a full scale kitchen. Would most definitely recommend, no matter how big or small the job you want, Neil will tackle the job with ease. Very good on price too. He undercut another quote from another company by some margin but did not compromise on the quality of the products used.

Just had a new granite work top put in and an induction hob fitted. All the men who worked on it where punctual, competent, friendly and cleaned up after they had finished.
