I had been getting timber from local DIY places then heard about Rowswood Timber and thought I would get my next timber from them. Wish I had used them a lot earlier, the timber is excellent unlike the DIY stuff which you can end up throwing away its too bent or damaged after opening the pack or taking ages trying to find a straight piece. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to advise and help out and prices are competitive, I would definitely recommend to go there for all your timber needs and you'll be supporting a local business as well.

I ordered sleepers and contemporary fencing from Rowswood to build a new outdoor seating area in my garden. The materials are absolutely solid, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to some great summer nights in my new garden ☀️

Excellent service from Scott and the team at Rowswood. We’ve had a bespoke gazebo manufactured (where a CAD drawing was produced beforehand) and we were so pleased we’ve just had a heavy duty, made to measure gate manufactured also. All excellent quality and value for money. No hesitation in recommending.

Ordered a bespoke summerhouse on a friends recommendation and so pleased with the service and the quality of the build. Yes it took a few months from ordering but well worth it. Full built in their warehouse for final inspection before dismantled for delivery and erection. Solid build not like mass produced cheaper ‘sheds’ Very helpful staff. A pleasure to do business with. I ordered in Lockdown 1 a unique tailor made to my specifications Summerhouse/Shed. It was delivered in Lockdown 2 where I was able to paint it before Lockdown 3 where it was put up. I can honestly say from start to finish Rowswood listen & designed exactly what I wanted, it's perfect. Not only do they have great service its a great price value for money due to the quality of the wood they use , this is going to last us for years to come . Its solid unique & bloody brilliant. Great staff but £1500 of solid wooden building doesnt deserve an exceedingly inferior roof covering that Wickes sell at £21.50 a roll. An extra £15 would give a far better felt roll. A quality wooden building let down by a miserly roof covering.
