Great selection of tiles, found exactly what I needed - dark grey/black tile for a feature wall in bathroom. Looks incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, clear when it came the ability to return unused packs of tiles. No fuss, no surprises. I would buy from Tile Giant again without hesitation! I am super pleased with my new bathroom (toilet and shower from Clifton and completely refurbished by The Sankey Bathroom Company who did an amazing job). I was so excited when I found the exact tiles I was looking for to complete the look. I can’t tell you how many comments I have had about them and asking where they were from. I wanted white on black (not the other way around which were readily available in store) so they had to be ordered and arrived well before the delivery date. I knew what I was looking for although if I hadn’t I would have been stuck for choice because they had a great range to choose from. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly – special thanks to Benji for his help and advice. Without a doubt I would definitely recommend Tile Giant.

I was absolutely overwhelmed by the level of service I received in this store. I came in with only a basic idea of what I wanted my bathroom to look like but Paul spent almost an hour with me trying to help me choose the perfect combination of tiles for my room. He advised me on all the other bits and bobs that you wouldn't normally think about like edging trims and grout colours to complement the tiles. Would definitely recommend this place if you are struggling to decide. Much more helpful with the overall project than the other places I went to.
