I got what I wanted. My door lock plate had broken so it was a must have item as my door wouldn't lock. Sorted. Usually a good place to get what you need. I would recommend Wickes own brand paint.

I use Wickes often as a tradesman. They are usually well stocked amd reasonably priced. The staff at the Warrington branch are friendly and approachable.

Annoyingly, although their website showed they had 3 of the items I required in stock, these all turned out to be damaged returns. They were able to source another item from another store by the following day. This meant I had to make the 18 mile round trip a second time to click and collect. Staff however were very good.

Speaking as a tradesman, I actually think quite highly of this place. The staff are, by and large, helpful and courteous, the range of goods is pretty extensive, and the prices are reasonable. It's scheme for the trade is far better than the opposition (B&Q).

It has been a while since I ve been to Wickes (Covid 19!) but Iust say they are really good, helpful staff, polite and nice. They also have everythingvyou need ! and you can also order and collect on line ! what else would you need ?! advises.. just ask !.. soon they will do the job for you !! 😀

Could be better stocked, seems I always have to go to Wigan for things I should be able to buy locally. This is not a lockdown issues with supplies its been like this for a few years now. One member of staff was ridiculous clueless when I asked on behalf of my partner about the tradepro discounts. He explained it has been stopped and you can't get it anymore, approached us again and asked if we wanted to set up an account in store...that sounded dodgy did he want the data himself or was he just lacking knowledge im not sure but lost the trust and advised my partner to set it up herself online

Very understaffed hence why 3 star otherwise they more or less sell everything needed .Another tip if you are in no rush browse around for screwdrivers and other tools elsewhere online you may find them cheaper.

The store is nice but their website for payments is joke! The payments going through but they not receiving money up to 7 days, joke! They'll advise you to contact with yr bank society to get the money back and place the order over the phone. Avoid pay online

I needed a couple of things to help with some gardening. I order in the morning with click and collect. It’s was ready later afternoon for pickup. Making sure everyone is social distancing when you arrive to pickup.

Had a great experience, used the click and collect service and with 20 minutes my product was ready, arrived at store and was served immediately out in under a minute. Great service and friendly staff. Great price too.

Went to Wickes today 4th June about half 2 I only saw one person wearing a mask. We waited outside in the queue where there were 2 meter markers, no one was cleaning the trolly handles, once inside the 2 meter rule seemed to vanish what is going on? Pandemic over and no one told me? Staff are very helpful and friendly.
