I have used Lords on a couple of occasions recently and want to say what a pleasant experience it was, everyone is friendly and helpful. In addition, their prices are significantly cheaper than your typical DIY store. I would definitely recommend them for all your building materials.

I went for a couple of small items. I tried to order online but it seems there is a 2 day wait on click and collect. No problem though as you can just pop in and order at the counter. You can park in the yard on the left side. Card is accepted. You don't need an account and doesn't matter if you are not a business. Once you've paid for your items, if it's a warehouse item such as cement, you'll be instructed to go outside and collect it. If you're not used to this sort of establishment, you might be a little unsure what to do. Overall a good experience and I would return if I need any more supplies.

Friendly polite and helpful both in the shop and yard also delivery driver's. Seam to have what's needed witch means not having to drive round looking elsewhere loosing time.
