So......I completed a purchase and then realised I hadn't included enough bolts....I messaged Orbital Fasteners over the Bank Holiday weekend to ask if they could include the bolts with the original order so I didn't have to pay 2 x postage and how was I to pay the additional cost. No reply was expected until Tuesday, but I was emailed and advised the bolts would be sent at no charge for postage or the bolts. Excellent service and I will be returning en mass to purchase all items for my future building projects.

I ordered some machine screws and washers late years afternoon and was presently surprised when they arrived before 10 o’clock this morning despite only using standard delivery, the delivery driver was very polite and informative. Their range of products is great with really good prices.

I contacted Orbital trying to obtain some bolts for a piece of equipment. I send photos and they identified the bolt and supplied them. They would not accept payment or postage as my requirement was small. I cannot thank them enough for there customer service

ordered fixing and tubes, when i found out (through live chat) that they charge £120 to deliver the tubes, i just went with the fixings, ordered on line, order went through and delivery was 2 days later, cant grumble with that, only gripe was the whopping £120 wow !!! fixing were just what i wanted, thank you

Tried this company for the first time. Could not be more pleased with the level of service and the range of stock items they have. Prices are also very competitive with next day delivery service for a models fee unless you happened to be in their own van delivery area. Highly recommended.

Having never bought more than a single box of the wrong sized screws in a national hardware store before I was very pleasantly surprised with ordering from Orbital Fasteners. Not only did their search function work and led me to the correct items, but when my order arrived promptly, were in excellent condition. They offer delivery next day, or you can pick up from the counter. Counter staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Deal with both trade and individuals. Prices very good and they will sell anything from a handful of fixings upwards. A truly decent firm with old school service.

Recently purchased few bags of various bolts and they turned out to be the incorrect thread pitches. I returned them almost two weeks after I purchased them. I must say the delivery was prompt. The return was accepted without a fuss. This is even better than the best customer service. I returned them to their Head office in Watford. The sales person who dealt with was polite and very helpful. On this experience, I will recommend them to anyone. I ask two comments though! The Post code WD18 9TX didn't come up on my satnav and more importantly, is it possible that you consider adding different thread pitch sizes for your portfolio or way to mitigate it by providing thread pitch converters? Super people, super service. Super stuff.

Excellent company and service.There is only one small thing that I personally would like to see them expand on, and that is, to offer as standard, their low postal rates on items weighing 1/2 kilo or less. Since there have been many times I have wanted to spend £5-£10 pounds but could not because to qualify for van delivery I would have spend considerably more, but in fact for most of these small items I would not mind waiting a week for the post.

Spot on as always. They are always very helpful and friendly. Best place I have ever found for fixing needs and even if you are unsure of what you need they can always find a solution. Great for tools especially consumables (drill bits and blades etc) You'd be hard pushed to find something they don't have. Far too early for proper review. Prompt delivery at time stated. Everything was in the box. Charger worked with all batteries. A few test cuts were fine. One small issue is the tiny saw means there is no clearance over the ridge on most of my squares at 25mm cutting depth. But it is a tiny saw so should have expected that. Four stars because to early to say if it should be 5-stars

Best place for north west London for fixings. The coach bolts & screws are often better value than Toolstation or Screwfix, and here you have a much wider selection of M sizes and lengths, especially in stainless steel, and a matching range of washers. Helpful, endlessly patient Trade Counter staff, and free, thick catalogue so you find the fixing for your next project. Impressive online presence and a comprehensive inhouse delivery service for much of London.
