Lovely shop! Got mostly what I needed! Nice kitchens, bathrooms, sinks, taps, showers, shower boxes, materials, gates and DIY equipment. Would highly recommend to those who are in the area. It has also got snacks which is nice. Trolleys are good for what you need. Highly quality materials.

Best store I have ever been to! Person who served me on tills named Chris made me feel very welcome and even offered to put my things in my car. Will definitely come back tomorrow to buy more filler after punching a hole in my wall because of Manchester United.

Always a good place to be for DIY/professional builders. From timber to toilets, they've got the lot! I ordered picture hanging items on line and did click and collect. They didn't seem to have many who did that, but it worked and I was only in the store for around 5 mins. I'd do it again!

Clean, tidy and seemingly well run store. Check out staff friendly and helpful. Parking is good here, especially on weekdays when things are not going 100 mph. Good prices on a lot of things and the bedding plants are great value and well cared for as well - well done Wickes!

Ken.S is the most helpful, friendly and accommodating staff member in the team! After our initial discussion of what firm choices we had and what we wanted from a kitchen, Ken was able to support us with these choices, and gave us different options when we weren't sure how to add in different features as well as trying to stick to our original budget! Spoke to him many times throughout the last couple of months due to buying a kitchen from Wickes . He knew everything about everything, and if he didn't know, he answered honestly and found out our questions quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to our kitchen arriving next month!

Its a Wickes - pretty standard where ever you go. As long as you don't want advice (always staffed by students) then you're fine. Car park is good size and never found it full. Catering truck in the car park, though I've never used.

Great for all you DIY products. But I think there concentrate more on the building trade rather than the normal person doing DIY at home. Needed 2 cabinet hinges.....but could only buy them in packs of 8. Had to go somewhere else to get them. Shame as I was replacing 2 I had bought from them in the first place.

Visited a holiday Monday. The queues were quick to Llow you in and very quick to go through the checkouts. Considering it was a bank holiday weekend there was still stock on the shelves. Safe and quietvisit

I have noticed that the website does not always reflect the stock at the local stores. Aways wise to call before hand. Also there are limited products you can click and collect. Which of course defeats the positive of the service.

The store looking a lot cleaner and more professional these days, however they still suffer from the old PC Word and B&Q mentality which the other two fixed. Four pay booths, half a dozen customers but only one member of staff taking cash. A) it's frustrating for customers and B) until they have taken the cash they are not making money. They should send in a silent shopper.

Just needed to leave a review to celebrate the excellent and extremely polite service by Gary at the Knaphill branch. We went in to buy some flooring, Gary arrived to offer help, not only with choosing the products and working out quantities, but also brought it all out to the car park in the pouring rain and loaded up the car. Wouldn't even accept a tip! It's people like this who keep customers coming back. Thank you Gary and congratulations on your superb service. Wickes is lucky to have you - hope they give you a bonus!

Woking store: Spacious and well laid out with enough trolleys for everyone. Minimal queuing due to Covid-19 and prices were reasonable but not the cheapest. Good convenience though. Available parking was a good.

Usual good stock levels. Good covid precautions . Isles have been widened and kept clear for social distancing . Hand and trolley sanitisers readily available and staff at the door . Felt very safe

Wickes is ok for some stuff, but quality of taps and door furniture is very poor. Plumbing supplies very limited. Staff are usually helpful and friendly though.

I ordered an item through Wickes online but unfortunately the wrong item was delivered through them not once but twice. However when I contacted Wickes Woking the delivery Department there sorted it out straight away collecting the two wrongly delivered items and leaving me the correct item the next day.

An above average Wickes Wickes really are the best when comparing them to the other DIYish "sheds" (B&Q, Homebase etc) They will never compare to the trade places on trade specific items for quality and price in my opinion. (Jewson, Sydnhams, Travis etc) Paint and tools selection is good and they are very competitive on this. Tile selection is pretty dire across Wickes entire brand. £10 a meter is cheap for porcelain yeah but when the calibre is out in the same box you can tell why they are so cheap. Some exclusive HR Johnsons are okay. If you want tiles though go to a specialist. Topps or Tile giant are alright but head to the full on specialists like CTD and HTW etc. BTW yes I know tile giant and Travis are the same group lol.

Always seems to have everything i need. Queues not too long and good prices. Toolstation is right next door and there is plenty of free parking. If you're looking for a new bathroom or kitchen check out their range because its very good.

Wickes is wickes.. its a builders shop. Nothing else to be aspected there. Needs more exciting kitchens and bathrooms. Some of the showers sets are very nice. But give us more. People with money will want more. Maybe a balance between rich consumer and less rich. What about that. Dont keep me looking at briks and wood i want more .. maybe i cant buy it but there is people that can. UK is full of millionairs.. get on with it . Merry Xmas

As far as Wickes stores go it's OK, but the ones in Guildford and Farnborough are better. The car park is a good size but the store itself is smaller than other stores and poorly laid out inside. Stock control can be lacking at times - checking stock online only to discover that there isn't actually in the store can be tiresome. The staff generally look either bored or over stretched; there's rarely a happy medium. Their timber is usually very poor quality; presumably much of it is stored outside as often it'll still be soaking wet on the shelves. Sawn timber is often not straight and the sheet materials frequently warped and damaged. If their prices were the lowest then it'd be tolerable, but frequently the same items can be found either cheaper or of better quality for the same price. The store is often busy but throughput on the tills is usually pretty good.

Went to Wickes Woking after a wasted trip t Farnborough for some cladding, online it said they had 12 packs in stock, they had none. At least Woking had them in stock but in the wrong location so it was very confusing with that and the entrance and exit restrictions. I hope things return to normal soon.

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY The toilet system started to overflow. It was clear that the water flow restrictor had perished. Mild panic ! The system must have been some 30 years old and was furred up with limescale. To Wickes in Woking. Met Jack - a trainee in plumbing. He understood the problem instantly but was unsure of the best solution. Enter Gary. Between them they worked out what was needed; broke open a packet to show me how to sort out and fit a new mechanism. And it did. Problem sorted. Quite exceptional customer care from the two of them Thank you very much indeed.
