B.The parking, building and building location appears excellent in addition to the brand. The exterior seems newly painted and free from litter. It is located on a busy road for plenty of brand promotion to perspective buyers. Others' photo's showing the inside of the building show neatly stored products and the overall impression of this business is very positive. The premises could be located a little further away from the watery lane junction to ensure easier access.
