Bought a Honda Izy direct from Honda, which was supplied and delivered by Ron Smith. My mower was built and promptly delivered by a helpful gentlemen who demonstrated how to operate the mower correctly. Came with half a tank of fuel as well which was a nice bonus! Absolute top class service and highly recommended. Many thanks. 👍

Update They collected my pressure washer and had 3 tries to get it working before returning it to Stihl and returning it repaired. I tried it on it's return but have yet to give it a real workout to see if Stihl did actually solve the problem. Through out the work I got regular updates from the office and the workshop from "M" and "C" well done and thanks 4 star is about the 70+days it took, not the service given Original post "Returned my "as new" Stihl Pressure Washer, used for less than 10 hours on 2 jobs, for repair and it was returned bashed, bruised and dirty, not impressed. Far less impressed when I tried it and it had not been repaired, still had the same problem after 4 weeks in the workshop. No given a report of work done, just a quick verbal account. I like to support local businesses but some aren't worth the effort!"

Had a problem with a recently purchased mower and the guys at Ron Smith could not have been more enthusiastic to get it sorted. The mower had a part missing (manufacturing issue) and in just one call to Ron Smith i was presented with a variety of options to rectify the problem. Seriously first class customer service! Problem resolved in a matter of hours and these guys have a new customer for life.

I had a problem with my Honda Izy. My complaint was dealt with politely and efficiently. I opted to change fir another brand as I had lost confidence in the Honda. This was done very well and I am impressed with their customer service. I can recommend them as a reputable company to deal with.
