Excellent service and quality work. Leonie guided us through the design process, helping us find the best layout, styles, colours and tiles. We were able to see a 3D render of the bathroom before we decided to go ahead with the order. The work was carried out by Micky, who is efficient, tidy and did a great job. We took photos at the end of each day to show the progress. You can see how quickly the whole bathroom came together and how it was left clean at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend them to friends and families!

Excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with has been really helpful and easy to deal with. We used their fitter for the bathroom and he also did a brilliant job, didn't rush the job and didn't cut any corners. Couldn't be happier with the work and the end result. The team were very pleasant to deal with, right from the initial design and purchasing, to booking and installation. The initial installation was done in good time, however there were a few delays / unforeseen hiccups in the process needing additional visits. We were kept in touch with throughout but the process did take longer than anticipated. Otherwise we were very pleased with the work carried out and the communication with the team. Would recommend.

When I first arrived at the showroom, Leonie was incredibly helpful and patient with helping me choose the first bathroom I've ever had installed. Nice and simple communication throughout from the whole team. Installers Andy and Taylor were good chaps who had to get around a few interesting problems that my house threw at them. Bathroom looks great and professionally finished. I will use them again should I ever decide my other bathroom needs doing!

The whole process from choosing the bathroom furniture to the installation was very professional. Leonie helped us with choosing the furniture and was very patient and courteous and not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Taylor who fitted the bathroom. They fixed any problems that they came across and even fixed our loft light for us! l I would definitely recommend Worcester City Plumbing if you require a new bathroom.

WCB has given us great service from start to finish. Leonie helped us choose the shower enclosure and fittings and Andrew Cox did a fabulous installation. Leoni was really helpful throughout the planning and design phase and gave us a decent amount of time to run through our ideas, colour schemes and must haves. Our bathroom was installed by Andy Hinton and Harry. Both were with us for around nine days, they were superb in their execution. The gents were thorough, clean and meticulous in their delivery.
