A. h.My Dad spent 1 day in A&E and 1 day on Russell Ward before sadly passing away on 2nd July. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and support we were both shown. My Dad was also aware of how kind everyone was to us both and knew he was being well cared for. I have nothing but praise for all the staff we came across during those 2 days .. they enabled me to cope during an incredibly distressing time and I won't ever forget them . Thank you. Xx
H. J.I have nothing but praise and thanks to the security man on A&E on Sunday night (7/8/22). Not only did he allow me to phone the care home I worked at to update them on the person I was escorting but also phoned a taxi for me and helped me in the taxi. What a kind a caring young man. I hope this reaches his manager he deserves praise.
D. K.I was going to unit 2 MRI scanner and if it wasn't for this lovely mail nurse called Steven fulkner I don't know if I would have ever found were I should have been. He went above and beyond to make sure I got to the right place after the grand tour of South Wing I had been on. I thank him for being such a wonderful asset to your team please express my gratitude to him for helping me.

e. k.Fortunately I have rarelly had to use our health service but found them exemplary from the lady who took my 111 call, the paramedics who came and run tests and decided I should go to hospital, through to the incredible Bedford hospital team who looked after me so well.
They explained everything to me so I knew what would happen every step of the way. Thank you all very much
C.Having recently been sent to Bedford Hospital I just want to say that my experience there has been outstanding. Having experienced other local hospitals, Bedford is way way above the general standard. The staff are friendly and accommodating, in particular, when it came to transport issues, the staff worked with me to make my visit as easy as possible. Dr Tan and the dermatology department, plus the staff in the CT scanning department are all professional and deliver excellent service. The restaurant is also something they should be proud of. Good value for good food and great helpful, friendly staff.
ADDITION - July 2022
Recently attended Bedford Hospital South Wing again for a minor op with Dr Ekaterina Burova, the excellent service continued, with all staff friendly and eager to help.
