Got there in the hopes of just getting an external pelvic scan, however both the doctor and the assistant made me feel relaxed and assured me that an internal one will provide more information. Which was absolutely true. Barely felt anything and it was quite fast as well. Would certainly recommend them, especially women that are scared or have anxiety with tests like smears etc.

Visited for a scan, as I have been having problems waiting through NHS, cannot praise staff enough for their kindness. They communicated throughout my whole time there and made me feel very comfortable. I was also given same day results and discussed what is best at interest for me going forward. Feel very satisfied and reassured. Will be retuning for a follow up scan. Thank you and your lovely team for making me feel at ease and reassured

I had a very good experience at the Ultrasound Clinic. The staff were personable and very professional. I had been waiting a very long time through my GP surgery so decided to go private as I had been very anxious waiting. I was surprised how reasonably priced the scan was. I would recommend to others.

We went today for a NIPT screening blood test and scan. We had a truly amazing time despite it being an anxious time for my husband and I. Abigail was fantastic and so personable, we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed with her. She needed the baby to be in a certain position and it wasn’t playing ball so she allowed us to go for a coffee and a walk and come back. Luckily by this time the baby had moved into the correct position and Abigail was able to get everything she needed. We also had the bonus of being able to see our baby in 3D which was amazing. Thank you so much to Abigail, we would definitely recommend this clinic.

Me and my partner called in to see if we can have our appointment moved forward because we had some concerns for the baby, within minutes Julie called back to say they would come in within the hour to do it for us, we didn't realise it was closed and Julie and Abigail had both come in on there days off to support us and do the scan, the hole way through we felt very looked after and treated like royalty, they both went the extra mile, above and beyond and we can't thank them enough for such a great experience. Highly recommended, we will be returning for a gender and a 4D scan. Fantastic service.

my husband and i had a wonderful experience with Abigail for our 4d baby scan. i felt comfortable and at ease and Abigail who is clearly very experienced was also very personable and friendly. we managed a few images of baby but legs and arms got in the way so Abigail offered for us to go for a walk and try again a bit later. unfortunately baby still wasnt playing ball and we have been offered a complimentary follow up scan which we are so very pleased with! the 4d scan also included a well being check of baby which is also so useful as its great to know how baby is doing. the service feels a lot more personal compared to some franchises. we would highly recommend the ultrasound clinic and would have no hesitation in returning in the future.

My partner and I had an amazing time here. For an early pregnancy scan. Abigail was so lovely, she took her time, took lots of pictures and videos and genuinely seemed interested in our lives too. She made my partner feel at ease when I had to leave the room to empty the gallon of water I'd consumed beforehand and over filled my bladder and really gave us both a great experience seeing our baby for the first time. We are so happy with the service we received. Thank you so much Abigail!

I attended the ultrasound clinic today for an abdominal scan because they are trying to assist in getting the waiting time down for patients on the very long waiting list at the L&D. I was actually very happy about going here rather than the Hospital. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank goodness there are clinic’s like this that are willing to help by taking on NHS cases, I’m sure lives are being saved because of it.

Couldn’t have had a better experience here! Abigail is just absolutely amazing. We had an appointment on the Thursday where baby was extremely active, Abigail was so patient and still managed to get some great shots of baby! She wanted to rearrange to make sure we got the most from the experience, we managed to get an appointment the following day! I brought my family along, the clinic was extremely accommodating and welcoming to everyone. Abigail has a great sense of humour and just puts you at ease instantaneously, a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thankyou so much

I had a 4D & fetal wellbeing scan today with Abigail & was able to bring in my Mum for the appt too. What an absolutely lovely experience it was from start to finish. Abigail was professional, reassuring & extremely caring throughout, managing to get beautiful images even when baby wasn’t playing ball at first. I received the numerous images both via email & also via a link on my mobile which has made it v.easy to forward on. It really put my mind at ease going for the scan & would recommend The Ultrasound Clinic to all. Thanks again Abigail

We had a gender scan home appointment and would 100% recommend this service. It was great being able to share the gender with no limits on people attending and there is no difference in scan quality compared to going to a clinic. Cost similar to when we had it done privately in a clinic before blue we got a usb stick with several pictures and videos. Abigail who did the scan was very polite and professional and I felt very comfortable inviting her into my home. But by far the best part was being able to find out with family around in the comfort of my own home. Definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing experience! Definitely worth the money. 100% times better than NHS scans. Abigail was great and the definition of the scan was fantastic. Despite being an early pregnancy scan we were able to see so much so clearly. the office was super comfy and very well decorated. The location is also ideal, you can visit the tea room, house and gardens after the scan. I cannot wait to go again on my 3rd trimester!

I went to see Abigail at The Ultrasound Clinic when I had concerns in early pregnancy following two previous miscarriages. Abigail was so helpful, kept me calm and most importantly showed me my little baby with a healthy heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days. The heartbeat was difficult to find at that point but I think she understood how important it was to me and I am very grateful. We were given some pictures, an a video of the heartbeat and a little video where I can see the heartbeat flicker if I start panicking, which has really helped. The consultation was relaxed, friendly, and didn’t feel rushed. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you!

Abigail was honestly amazing. Had an early scan after being scared about how everything was going. Not only did she talk to me and reassure me, my other half she spent time talking to and helping him understand the scan and how everything was going. We had such a lovely experience at our early scan this morning with Abigail, I was very nervous before going as I didn’t know what to expect but she was so friendly and put me at ease instantly, she explained everything to us, got some lovely photos and a video! Without Abi, Julie and The Ultrasound Clinic team, I can truly say that my wife and I would not be parents to our beautiful daughter. As a result of covid, dads have been unable to attend regular hospital scans, so we'd arrange a private scan after every regular hospital scan. During a 4D appointment, Abi realised there were placental complications and she spent the necessary time to confirm her suspicions. She informed us in a calm manner, looked after us and notified Bedford hospital of the issue on our behalf. Although I cannot say that Bedford hospitals response was very professional, choosing to ignore Abi's diagnosis. Frustratingly, Bedford hospital arranged another appointment a week later, which confirmed what Abi had already told us. Two weeks later our little angel was born prematurely at 30 weeks. Without Abi's intervention, Bedford's next appointment was a month later, which would have been too late!!! Abi and The Ultrasound Clinic team are amazing & knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a private fetal scan.

We had a scan at home at 16 weeks and could not be happier with the service we received. They go above and beyond to help get the best pictures and also check wellbeing of baby. And the added benefit they scan at home, especially with covid going on. My husband and children were able to see baby too in the comfort of home. We used again at 27 weeks for a 4d scan and again, they couldn't do anything more to get some excellent photos and check wellbeing and growth of baby. We had used previous companies in the past and never had the experience we have received here. Could not recommend the Ultrasound Clinic enough.

We had a home visit for a baby scan today and the lady who came was amazing, she took her time and made me feel so comfortable and took great pics of our little one. She also persisted to find out the baby’s sex and didn’t stop till she found out. So happy with the service and would definitely recommend 😊

I had a gender scan here after not being able to find out at my 20 week scan at the hospital, I felt at ease as Abi was very friendly and re assuring that she would find out the sex and she did within a few minutes of starting the scan she then pointed out all the key features of our baby and gave us some lovely photos afterwards for us to keep! Abi is really great sonographer from not only her technic view point but very helpful/kind/warmful her humanity view point. Despite of very difficult 4d scan due to very late stage of pregnancy, she was really patient and managed to get the image, and finally succeeded!! We were very glad to see her. And also our 5yo daughter enjoyed the time in the clinic as Abi friendlily talked to her a lot! It was like warm family atmosphere. Highly recommend!! The clinic is in the 1st floor of Wellness HUB. Receptionist of the HUB is also very kind and helpful. There is free parking area near the building.

Excellent Service. Got a scan package for my wife's birthday and we were more than pleased. Abi the sonographer was very patient and gave us more than hour of scan time and more. Really impressed with this service, I didn't even know it was possible to have a private scan carried out at home until a friend recommended Abi and her team. They came to my house, scanned my son's lumpy knee and immediately diagnosed him, provided images and a report for us to take back to the doctors. Now we can get something done about it!

Highly recommend, went with my daughter who has had previous miscarriages and was feeling extremely anxious about this pregnancy, we were both made to feel very welcome and Abigail was extremely reassuring and gave a very detailed scan pointing everything out to us and listening to her baby's heartbeat for the first time my daughter's mind was put at ease totally, Abigail was very easy to talk to and asked lots of questions about my daughter's worrys and concerns and responded to them in a beautiful informative way, and for the first time in her pregnancy she said she felt totally relaxed and felt like she could actually be happy and positive about pregnancy now, we both loved how relaxed it was and are going back for a gender scan in a few weeks
