B.I took my 1 year old for a scan today, everyone was so helpful, they all made a fuss over her even when they didn’t have much time, they were all very understanding of my concerns and took time to explain it all to me. We didn’t have to wait long at all (it was a booked appointment but I’ve always had to wait at other hospitals/surgeries). She came away smiling and I felt reassured. Huge thank you to all the staff!
S. H.Heard good things about children’s so took my 6 week old with suspected Cmpa due to excessive screaming all day and other symptoms. After a check over with a consultant was told they wouldn’t do anymore because she looks healthy on the outside and I just had a “difficult baby” Ended up booking a private paediatric dietitian/allergy specialist and she is displaying all signs of cmpa and is now on prescription milk sorted out by her. Felt like my concerns was dismissed just because I was a first time mum, which left my daughter with ongoing suffering. It was such an easy fix for them to trial her on allergy milk but I had to take it into my own hands to get resolved for her sake. The consultant was friendly however, but made me feel really stupid like I was just being paranoid. Waiting time was very quick and we wasn’t waiting long at all

G.This hospital is specifically for children.Best hospital for kids in entire Midlands, very professional and caring staff takes very seriously every case working very hard to provide top quality treatment for patients, only parking is the problem here difficult to find on road parking which paid as well and expensive too. But I don't mind paying the expensive parking coz this the best place to bring your kids for the treatment. Thank you all the hospital staff for providing such a wonderful service 👍
H. J.I got referred here a few days ago from Nottingham, my 6 week old daughter had jaundice, turns out its a rare liver disease, these guys have been nothing but AMAZING. So many tests and observations, care and support have been endless, they quickly identified the problem, they keep you updated every step of the way, safe to say without these guys who knows what could of happened. I plan to pay it forward one day, I feel like they've saved my daughters life. I couldn't be more grateful to the amazing liver specialists, the spotlessly clean ward and wonderful amenities they have as well! If you're reading this and you work on the liver ward I have no words for how grateful I am for you, you're true angels. Bless you all and thank you. Thank you thank you thank you times a million, we have a long road and ill be seeing plenty more of you guys but id rather be seeing you with baby Annie than not seeing you without her. Thank you again.
L. G.Just want to say the speed at which staff @ childrens hospital dealt with a student we brought in this week was amazing. The staff (Richard) & his team were caring & considerate to the student & staff, sorry I only caught Richards name, I was genuinely impressed by their care
