My mother had a shoulder replacement surgery and spent 2 weeks following the surgery at the Circle Rehabilitation. The staff were really friendly and she loved it there and insisted that I write this review. Thank you to everyone for looking after her.

I was given Lucy Atkinson's details by Donjoy as a fitting specialist for their range of knee braces for OA . I am really glad they did because overall I found Lucy to be an excellent physiotherapist. I suffer from bad OA in both knees and Lucy was able to assess my condition and give me a number of exercises and general advice on how to move forward and work with my personal trainer. She has a very professional engaging manner and is clearly passionate about her work. Lucy also co-ordinated and led the meeting with the representative from Donjoy to fit and but a brace - this was less of a good experience but down to the lack of knowledge of the rep and the fact he only brought along a brace that was the wrong size and broken

I recently started my rehabilitation at Circle and I am extremely pleased with the advice, guidance and instruction given to improve my knee functions following my recent operation. My physiotherapist, Simon, was professional, experienced and friendly. I have physiotherapy scheduled for many weeks to support my recovery.

Unfortunately, I have had 2 injuries recently which required some physio treatment. The injuries were treated separately and because I had such a good experience with the 1st injury recovery I didn't question where to go for the second injury that also required a physio’s attention. Booking an appointment was easy enough and I was offered plenty of flexibility which really helped fitting the appointment in around work commitments regardless of which side of the working day they fell. The facility itself does feel quite special, it’s a really modern building that also feels welcoming. It is super clean and there was plenty of space inside which naturally helps with the recent COVID restrictions and social distancing, I was particularly impressed with the technology they deployed on checking in at reception. I have had physio before so was somewhat dreading what the experience would be when I first went to Circle. Thankfully those fears were soon gone as I was met with some great open-minded staff that took the time to understand my injuries and not jump to conclusions and not prejudge on "weight" being the main issue. On both occasions I got a lot from the initial assessment and as hard as it is to explain exactly where the pain is, it was quite evident that the examination I received was able to pinpoint the issue to allow an effective treatment plan to be put in place. As a fan of technology, I was pleased to see an app with targeted exercises was suggested to me, in there I was able to watch a video on how to do the exercises correctly and the Physio put their own notes in there with specific guidance for me. The reminder function of the app helped me to remember to do the exercises too. This was definitely a "value add" and helped me tremendously. I can't thank the staff at Circle enough for their help and support during my physio treatment. I was fully expecting to be under the surgeon’s knife before Christmas was out but thankfully tried the physio route first where I have to say I feel like I no longer have any symptoms (ok maybe the slightest of niggles) from both my injuries and that I now know how to manage them to a conclusion. Lucy and Dave (my physio’s) – you are superstars! THANK YOU!

Went for my first physio sent and saw Marie, she was really good explained everything I needed to do and they even let my wife sit in with me, the facilities look excellent so I'm looking forward to more sessions and a full recovery back to full fitness and running again

Visited today, seen the most loveliest physio, I was extremely apprehensive and worried as I can’t walk after having surgery on my broken ankle, but I really didn’t need to worry at all,he was absolutely lovely, the only criticism I have is the amount of walking I had to do on my crutches, when you enter the building, you have to do the COVID checks, which can be a little difficult when you can’t stand for long, there was a lady behind me struggling too, but I asked the receptionist to get her a wheelchair, this I feel must be improved,

My stay at Circle Rehab Hospital was incredible id had a stroke through complecations in surgery couldnt use my arm to well and couldnt walk. I was in 2weeks i worked hard and gave the physio team 100% they built my leg and arm from the ground upwards got feeling back in my leg. I walked on a frame.. then a stick i allso walked unaided with the girls at my sides( Therepists) i felt over the moon. Massive thank you to Physios..Occ.Therepist.Doctors+ Nursing staff who looked after me Even though i was a pain at time love you all.Thankyou to kitchen+staff food was fantastic i put on half a stone..Thanks to all cleaners and Admin who did their bit.
