J. T.Reception staff could do with being breifed on being 'approachable'. Otherwise, lovely nurses you can talk to about anything & very informative. Parking isn't free in the hospital.
P. S.Best clinic in Birmingham in my opinion. Staff confidential, felt very "comfy" there.
