J. S.Usually very good and helpful but since COVID it's been a real hassle just to get basic supplies like batteries and tubes. Haven't been able to get a proper check up on my hearing, which seems to be getting worse or hearing aid is broken. Someone took aid away and couple of minutes later returned it saying it's ok but nothing more.
Can we just get tubes and batteries at the reception again please?

J. C.Spoke to a lady called Sarah today on the phone, explained my plight, which believe me takes a bit of understanding. She was awesome. Quick, Professional, Kind, Considerate. Could not do enough to help me. What was even better although the case was difficult, she sorted it with a fabulous result almost within two hours... I commend her. I thank her. She is a credit to the job. I also have to say each time I have been to this clinic, both my father and I were treated with respect and kindness always. Totally recommend this clinic. Thank you.
N. B.Ok so I haven’t done many reviews in my time but I wanted to take the time to write something as my experience brilliant. Firstly I was called in from the waiting room on time (in fact a few minutes early) which is amazing really seeing as how stretched the NHS are at present! Having recently been in and out of hospital waiting rooms a lot I I have come to expect to be waiting for some time (which is absolutely fine and in fact it is to be expected) - so it was a present surprise. But far more importantly, and the reason for my choosing to wire this review, was that I wanted to thank Paul Piper in person - he is an absolute credit to this Audiology Department. He was so thorough, reassuring and understanding of my situation and what I was going through that it made a difficult and stressful situation so much better. I never felt rushed or unable to ask numerous questions and got the impression he really cared and wanted to help. It is never nice dealing with bad news but his attitude and professionalism was incredibly appreciated – so thank you!
