I had some difficulty arranging my booster as I had my first and second vaccinations across the bridge, and these did not yet show up on the Welsh Immunisation system. After an email to and fro with the centre where I provided evidence of my vaccinations, they were able to offer me an appointment that weekend. My visit to the centre was a quick one; after taking some notes about my first vaccines, they directed me down a corridor where I was shown to a booth, given the injection and asked to sit in the main hall to be monitored for 10 minutes. Given the amount of visitors they must have, I was impressed by how efficiently the centre ran.

Extremely well organised, Thankyou to vaccinators Kate (pharmacist) and Alison P (nursing sister) for my booster vaccine and flue vaccine I never felt either injections excellent service today 4/10/21once again Thankyou

Really good experience for my first vaccination (~a week ago now)- the hardest bit was running to the entrance of the building from the car park as I didn't realise the door there was the exit! Really simple though, you need ID at the desk and then you'll be taken through and sat down to wait for someone to be available. I think I was waiting for 15 minutes? And then the lady I had was called Sheila who was very friendly, explained everything to me and did the needle stuff very quickly and calmly. After the jab you're recommended to do a 15 minute wait to make sure you're feeling okay and then you get to go home 🎉 I would 100% recommend this centre as I thought it was very organised and calm

Got my first jab here a few days ago. It was fairly organised and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing that could change is the reception area. Due to the layout you have to break social distancing to cut through the line and check in at the desks before cutting back across it to join the queue again. Seems a bit counter intuitive.

Well organised and easy. Was very cold though but they can't help the weather. At times there can be a bit of a wait and you may be standing in a queue for a bit.
