I got an appointment here in two days after a referral from A&E. Several doctors worked as a team to investigate my condition. The investigation was very thorough and they gave me a diagnosis in just one day during which they've scheduled several consultations and an MRI scan.
Some doctors had more experience and others had less but because they worked as a team, I received the best service the team was able to give.
The team was very pleasant but usually hospital staff are. It's their effectiveness that stood out.
If at least half the clinics in the UK worked this way, then I would be very optimistic about the future of NHS. Short waiting times, thorough investigation, immediate procedures, good use of team competencies. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Outstanding attention from all nursing staff in ward 130, the neurosurgeon and the surgical team. Nice big private rooms in the ward. Even the food was good!
My father paid for private surgery at Spire Murrayfield and didn’t receive anywhere near the quality of service I received here. Extremely grateful for our NHS and everything they do!
