I went to this place last week to fix my bunny’s nose. I was not quite satisfied with the first repair. They contacted me saying they were willing to do some amendment. So I went there again yesterday. After discussion they understood my requirements and did a great job this time. My bunny is now recovering from the surgery. I want to thank all the staffs who did their best to fix my bunny. And I will definitely recommend this place to people who also want to fix their toys.

My beloved and very old bear, Growler, arrived home beautifully restored after his extensive surgery. Excellent communication with staff who really seemed to care about my 70 year old beloved bear’s very sorry state. All the repairs were done to perfection and Growler now looks magnificent. I specifically asked that he was kept as true to his original state as possible and this brief was carried out perfectly. Thanks to these guys, Growler should now go on to look very handsome for the next 70 years. Can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and skilled craftsmanship.

I am delighted to report my dear 'Mrs Rabbit' has been restored to a lovely rabbit with her satin inner ears and every detail attended to including my name label. She has been a treasure to me since I was 2 years old and was a from my Grandmother. Thank you to the lovely toy surgeon who took very good care of her while she was with you. My daughter is delighted that her letter to Santa Claus requesting the repair meant Mrs Rabbit was taken to the elves in Scotland and returned by Easter Bunny (on time). My friend who lives near brought Rosebud into the Dolls Hospital and said that the staff there were very helpful. I needed the doll back very quickly I live in Hertfordshire and my friend was about to travel down South. The Hospital very kindly had it ready in time. They even gave Rosebud a free pair of bootees. My panda of 64 years was repaired beautifully so that he could be gifted to my new granddaughter. He had new eyes, as he only had one when he was sent for repair , new pads, new nose and mouth stitching, a squeaker and a fuller tummy !! He was also expertly cleaned . The service I received from start to finish was excellent - I was informed of the process and costings at each stage. All my questions were answered fully and everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. I can highly recommend this company - the whole experience was delightful .

Absolutely impressed with the work they did! The fabrics they used for my teddy's new clothes matched the old ones PERFECTLY, it looks brand new. I had a hard time even sending my stuffed animals away for repair because they are so important to me, but Leith Toy Hospital did a better job than I could have ever imagined and I'm very glad I trusted them with the project. The repair also was a lot faster than expected (I think 3 weeks instead of 8).

Thank you for restoring years of wear and tear to my childhood toy. Leith Toy Hospital really understand the importance of the toys to their owners. They understand about not wanting to lose the original aesthetics of your toy and would contact me with pictures before proceeding with the repairs. I’ve had my teddy bear for over 25 years. He was in desperate need of a fix up, so I sent him off to Leith Toy Hospital for repairs. They replaced all the torn and worn fabric, re-stuffed him, and sewed him a new nose. I couldn’t be happier with how well he turned out! Still recognisable but looking so much better. Even though they had to replace most of his body, they stitched his old label back in, which was such a lovely little touch. If anyone is looking to get an old toy restored, I can’t recommend Leith Toy Hospital enough. Thanks for all your hard work!

Leith Toy Hospital brought back to life my elderly teddy bear who was in a very sorry state. He is feeling and looking much better after his treatment. He even had his cataracts done. I am very pleased with the service and quality of repairs.

I can't recommend these guys enough for your much loved and precious teddies. I thought my bear was going to need new ears and loads of patches he was so worn through from too much love, but in fact a good wash fixed him up almost entirely! I was worried that he was going to come back a different bear, but he arrived home safe and sound (complete with a new ribbon around his neck) and he was still my same bear, just clean and fresh-smelling and a little less squishy. The perfect touch was the return to work form I got enclosed with him on his return, complete with his name filled in and a sign off from the doctor of the furmatology department with a doctor's note that the patient was in need of lots of cuddles. They really do understand just how precious and personal what you are sending them is, and I always got the feeling he was being well looked after. If you're hesitant about sending away your much-loved teddies for fear of how it will be looked after or if it will come back the same, I would say you can absolutely trust these guys.

Having tried to contact a few different places to get our Teddy bear mended, but not having any luck, I decided to try Leith Toy Hospital. They were very quick to respond and took me through the process in detail, making it clear all the decisions about the mend would be mine. The current Covid-19 restrictions slowed down the process a little, but the team at Leith were always clear that there may be a longer wait and kept me informed through each part of the process. I received Edward Bear in the post last week, fully repaired and was really pleased with the work that was done. Our Bear has great sentimental value, having been an engagement gift from my late Father to my late Mother and the trust I gave to Leith Toy Hospital to repair and deliver our bear was well founded and rewarding. I recently found a 62 year old family teddy bear that had been buried in my Mum’s cupboard for years and was in need of renovation as his head was stitched on and no longer rotated, he was torn in places, had lost his stuffing, was very dirty plus one of his legs was completely detached off his body. I sent him to Leith Toy Hospital and he returned looking more like himself and in fully working condition. This company was great to deal with and did a really professional job on him considering his age and condition. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a much loved toy repaired to a high standard.

I sent in my toy horse, Holly-Berries, after her fabric began to fall apart on her stomach and front legs. I was worried that in time she'd tear completely. I got her back a few days ago, and they've done a simply fantastic job of repairing her. If you'd not seen the issues before, you'd never know any work had been done. Furthermore, they were also able to reinforce her inside, so this won't happen again. They provide a brilliant service and consult you properly before doing any work to make sure you'll be happy with the final result.

I sent my cuddle toy dragon Magic who needed some TCL and repairs. Leith toy hospital did a fantastic job, they were professional yet understand how precious Magic is to me and gave her the care that she needed. They replaced her damaged wings, restuffed her body and gave her a good clean. Whatever it is you guys used to clean her, I want that smell all over my house, it smells delightful. In the end she looks fantastic and loved, the cherry on top, was the little treatment and recovery slip they included when they shipped Magic back home. My husband’s beloved bear was in a terrible way - leaking stuffing and with threadbare paws and virtually no nose. We sent him to Leith, who had done a minor repair for us a year or so ago. When he returned he was transformed -his paws and nose were in beautiful condition and his wounds superbly mended; his pelt was clean and all gaps stitched - but he’d lost none of his character and was still very much the loved teddy of my husband’s childhood. I had a great experience dealing with Dr Emma over email, everything was explained clearly and costs ( very affordable ) discussed. I sent ted off for treatment ( patching, cleaning, restuffing and a new nose and mouth ). After about two weeks he was returned looking much, much better. I cannot praise Leith Toy Hospital highly enough. I had my mum's 1930's doll that I needed repairing for her 90th birthday. Helen and Katy communicated with me throughout regarding the repairs required and the timescales involved. They were professional yet caring and sensitive to the dolls history and sentimental importance. Katy worked from home due to the pandemic yet made trips to the toy hospital to collect the dolls clothes I had bought so Gloria could be dressed on her return to my mum. She was safely delivered back in time for my mum's birthday despite Coronavirus, Christmas and Hogmanay. My mum was thrilled and emotional to have her childhood doll so beautifully restored and I am eternally gratefully. Thank you so very much to all at Leith Toy Hospital.

Emma did a beautiful repair job on our monkey's rather dramatic adventure-induced injuries. The whole process was so much fun - we threw a going away party for monkey, packaged him up in a soft bed with some good luck charms. Emma sent a photo to show his cozy hospital bed and his doctor and nurse (the kids were delighted to see he had a top surgeon and was being well looked after!) He arrived back home within a week, fully repaired from his injury, and with a "Return to work" certificate noting that he would require lots of cuddles to make a full recovery! Wonderful service spreading joy to UK kids (and parents) when their toys suffer an injury!

My Mhusband and i took two bears "Big Ted & Blossom" for repair. Big Ted needed a new growler, a glass eye restitched and cleaned up. Blossom needed holes stitched and cleaned up. They were at the hospital for about two weeks. When we collected them Blossom was like new. Big Ted shows no signs of being tampered with (but now has a great growl). I wanted a Beany Bear with a name that wasn't produced. I cut out the original name and had a patch made at a local embroiderers with the desired name. I then sent this to LTH and they sewed it in very professionally. It looks like it was made that way from new. Brilliant !
