R. M.First class care. Staff are extremely friendly, very caring and helpful. Fully understand non medical cases, such as mental health issues. I'm I a ward just now and have had the best treatment one could expect. Food is really, really good. Cooked in house by well trained chefs using local produce (as much as is feasable). Not something most hospitals will do.
I. K......friendly nurses, very skilled doctors. They cut off a wrotten piece of flesh on my right knee. I am all happy with that.
U. A.First time visiting Shetland and I ended up on Ward 3. I was seen to very quickly in a&e. Doctor Knox and Heggy were fantastic at making sure I was getting the right treatment as well as the rest of the staff who were superb at their job. They all made sure I was comfortable during my stay and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. They were on the ball with any questions I had regarding regarding my health and put my mind at ease. I cannot thank them enough for the care I received during my stay. Very thankful to all the staff for going above and beyond and I highly recommend coming here if in need of help. They saved my life. Forever grateful 🙏

I would usually say things like definitely use again or cant wait to return,no offence guys but I dnt want to come back hehehe.

g. a.I could never thank the staff and doctors of this hospital enough. while my son was there they kept me constantly informed as to his condition. the nurses were wonderful and thoughtful and considerate to my son.
I have never known any hospital to take so much time and effort in helping my son and also to take the time to put my mind at rest as I was unable to go over to him.
the staff and doctors of this hospital will always have my undying gratitude for all they did for us especially Inga. lovely, lovely lady...thank you from the bottom of my heart.
J. C.Staff on ward 3 were amazing especially the ward sister they couldn't do enough for our son .they kept us well informed and put us at ease. The only thing the didn't do was give me the winning lottery numbers. Huge well done and thanks
