Top professional Excellent care and attention .
m. w.Care and treatment at the Minor Injuries Unit was excellent; five stars for all staff. At reception, Sean was smiling, helpful and efficient - this was appreciated, and reassuring. After a well conducted X ray, the nurse Chris gave a clear explanation of the injury, and good practical advice. His manner was careful, kind and considerate. This attitude of kindness, and professionalism from reception and nursing staff makes such a big difference, when a patient is in pain. Many thanks.
D. T.My husband and I would like to thank the staff at the day surgery unit for the care he received. He said they showed total professionalism and kindness, from Mr Cameron Elias Jones, and the anaesthetist who he never got his name to all the nurses and healthcare support workers, who he thought where genuinely caring and friendly. He appreciated all their help which made his hospital journey a smooth one.

K. W.I recently had a knee replacement operation in Stobhill Hospital with a post operative overnight stay. The whole team were superb from the consultant and anaesthetist to the wonderful nurses, (thanks for the pain management and aftercare advice), physiotherapy for helping me get mobile and ancillary staff for the many cups of tea.

d. 9.This is meant to be 5 stars as I can honestly say that the care I received at this hospital was the best care I received from nhsggc it was a mistake to close the main hospital as the care there was the best I received for COPD the hospital could not be faulted for care of patients even if busy the nurses always had time for each individual patient with a smile.

A. K.Had transnasal endoscopy this morning and was very nervous. Patient pathway was both professional and empathic - from reception, nurse check-in and procedure team. Procedure itself was less traumatic than I imagined - slightly uncomfortable but Paul, Suzanne and team made me feel very much at ease and I had complete confidence in them. They kept me informed throughout the whole procedure and afterwards. Thank you. 💖

K. B.Visited yesterday with a friend who was attending several outpatient clinics. Very impressed with the ambiance of new hospital staff very helpful and nice calm atmosphere. Hospital easy to get around and car parking adequate. I worked in several departments in the old hospital in the 1970's. This is how a modern NHS hospital should be. An overall good experience for patients and visitors.

N. O.A wonderful medical centre. I have been there a few times for treatment and found the staff, both medical and administrative, very helpful and very polite.
The ambience of the hospital has been improved by the lovely features of the building. It is so open and spacious giving wonderful views of the countryside.
What a transformation from the older building!!. it is less threatening looking and more welcoming.
L. M.I recently had a colonoscopy here. From start to finish the staff went out of their way to make this process as easy as possible. They had thought of everything to help maintain your dignity. Throughout the hospital staff were on hand to answer questions and point you in the right direction. Well done everyone. Hopefully I won't be back though! 😁
L. A.I had a fall and went to have my ankle checked. I was taken within 5 minutes examined and X-ray arranged. I had broken my ankle. I was issued with a support boot and necessary instructions and told Fracture Clinic at Royal Infirmary would contact me within 3 days. They actually contacted me next morning . I was back at home in around 1 hour. Could not fault my treatment in any way.
I. M.Just had a colonoscopy at the endoscopy unit. I was really nervous but the staff were excellent and really put me at ease. Actual procedure was over in around 15 minutes with minimal discomfort. Nothing to worry about it you are getting this done here.
R. K.The modern outpatients and day treatment service is spacious, clean, and very efficient. Staff are highly capable and friendly. Frankly, this modern NHS hospital puts the private sector in the shade. Why go private when the NHS is as good as this?

P. P.No A@E here anymore. Out patient clinic on site, plus wards and numerous departments in main block. Nearest A&E is Royal Infirmary, Castle Street.
M. Y.I attended today for CT scan, in and out very quickly,well done, hospital was spotless I think parking can be a problem,I think signage from Springburn could be improved.
c. c.Modern state of the art medical facility bringing the NHS into the 21st century have used a few of the department's here and have found the staff here to be very professional and attentive also have had to use the out of hours on two occasions that can be very busy on occasions usually the weekends

I would like to give the biggest praise possible to all the staff at the Day Surgery Unit in Stobhill Hospital (New), since my son was born (he has learning difficulties)he has had a lot of hospital visits..this is the only time I can genuinely say both myself and son have felt completely at ease, all the staff were just amazing...unfortunately my sons fears came back coming out of anaesthetic and it got a bit tense/upsetting, the nurses were amazing making sure both my son and I were ok...Thank you all so much
