Although my baby's gender couldn't be found, I was extremely pleased with my experience here! The sonographer was very happy and made us feel very comfortable! Not to mention the 2 girls on the reception desk this morning, they were absolutely incredible and explained everything! I'll definitely be coming back again! Thankyou!

Had such a beautiful experience at Hey Baby 4D Gloucester. Me and my partner were greeted with the most friendly staff member. Everything was explained clearly. We felt so welcome and relaxed. We had a gender reveal scan and got a heartbeat Teddy bear for our little one. Everything was perfect. Could not ask for a better experience. Loved every moment. Thank you so much Hey Baby!!

Thank you for a wonderful experience! It was lovely for myself & my husband to be able to attend a scan together as partners aren’t allowed to attend the routine scans at the hospital at the moment I booked the bonding and well being scan as a Father’s Day present and we were able to add on lots of extras to this The staff and our sonographer were lovely & friendly The room was amazing with lots of screens to view our baby and once confirmed we were having a girl she changed the lighting in the room to pink which added a special touch Would highly recommend Hey Baby 4D and would love to attend again! Thank you for making our scan experience so special, a memory we will cherish forever! xx

We have now had two scans at hey baby and both times it’s been such a lovely experience. All the staff are brilliant, from the ladies on reception to Ruby who has been our sonographer for both scans, who in amazing! The room was great with huge screens for us to watch our baby, very relaxing and comfortable. We will be booking our 4D scan very soon and can’t wait to return! Thank you all so much for making our scans such a special memory for us to keep forever xx

We had a bit of a worry when my wife was around 14 weeks pregnant and we were on holiday in Cornwall. We wouldn’t be able to get an NHS scan for days and so rang around anywhere we could find to get checked out. Hey Baby 4D (Gloucester) were so incredibly accommodating and understanding, even though we were a few hours away. It was a rush for us to get there and we were a bit late due to traffic but we kept in contact and they were always so helpful to us. When we got there the staff’s professionalism continued and everyone was so personable. They really did do everything they could to give us the peace of mind we needed at a worrying time, can’t recommend them highly enough. Happy to add that we’re now proud parents to our 2 week old too.

As a first time mam who always worries about the little things. I booked in for a reassurance scan so I knew there was a heartbeat and everything was okay. My partner and I were so happy with the service. Soon as we walked in we were welcomed and the atmosphere was both calm and friendly. During the scan, the sonographer informed me through every step and we were able to see the heartbeat from 6 weeks, check my uterus and ovaries and receive a full report. It was so worth the money rather than waiting until the 12 week scan as i feel like now i can enjoy the special occasion more. We loved the experience so much we have booked for another scan in a few weeks time so we can hear our baby's heartbeat.

Such a great service. Made to feel so welcome. Great atmosphere, wmvery calming. Great cleanliness and social distancing measures in place. My little boy was difficult to catch for our 4d pictures, as he liked his feet or arms in front of his face. Having an anterior placenta also made things difficult. They were very helpful and didn't give up, which I will never forget. We now have some lovely images and video of our little man. It means the world. We thank you very much xx

Had a lovely experience today for our scan. Was great to be able to share such wonderful scan with my partner who has missed out on them due tot coronavirus. It's so welcoming and relaxing and the sonographer was so lovely and explained everything she saw about the baby and we have some amazing pictures

We had a 4d scan at Hey Baby Gloucester on Saturday. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. All staff are extremely welcoming and professional. The clinic is very well set up and there were plenty of toys and TV's in the waiting room to keep my 4 year old son occupied. Rumbi the Sonographer is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience very personal and special for us. We are very pleased with the images and experience we received. Thank you.

We came for a 4d baby scan this morning, as soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly, explained everything to us what was going to happen. During the scan we were very impressed with the sonagrapher who explained what we were looking at on the scan. We were very excited to see our son in 4d. Had such an amazing experience yesterday with my husband seeing our baby for the first time yesterday, it was very emotional and exciting! After our scan we've gone and booked another 2 for the future as we were so happy with everything! We recommend this to anyone out there that that is pregnant, you are put at such ease! Had a fantastic experience for our early gender scan last year. Absolutely loved the blue light reveal! Staff were all amazing and go out of their way to make it feel special even though they do it day in day out. Loved it so much we've got a 4D scan booked at the end of the month! Can't recommend them enough 😀

Very happy with the politeness of the staff at heybaby. They were very welcoming! During my scan the room was so clean and so calming! They lady talked through everything and suprised us with the sex of the baby by the room lights! I highly recommend!

We’ve had a few scans else where, but I must say how amazing the staff and the whole experience was here! The room was lovely and relaxing we felt so comfortable when we arrived. Our little man didn’t want to play ball on the day the team helped with advise and movements to get him to move in a better position but we didn’t get everything done on this appointment however the staff rebooked us back in for a later appointment and made us feel at ease we loved every second of our experience with the team and would highly recommend

Myself and my partner Stan loved our experience. My partner was told he couldn't have children so she is our little miracle and for him to be able to see her when he hasn't been able to attend our other scans has been something we both loved. Highly recommend, the staff here are amazing, they are so welcoming and friendly. Such a homely atmosphere and felt so comfortable to be their. I was meant to have a 4D scan on the 19/07 but my little bundle of joy didn’t want to play game and only wanted to hide, after two attempts he still didn’t want too, so I was able to come back another day to try again at no extra charge, it took another two attempts but finally got see my little boy. I also purchased a heart beat bear which is so worth it, the sound is as clear as day. Honestly best place ever. Thankyou to all the staff here for going the extra mile for me and being very patient 💙

Had an amazing experience today at hey baby in Gloucester. They made me feel so calm and was really thourough with the ultrasound taking time to point out all the babies features. Was a magical expericnce. So much so we have booked to come back to find out the gender in 5 weeks :)

Fab experience, lovely staff. Very helpful to have a lovely selection of toys for my young daughter to play with for entertainment. Fabulous big scanning rooms with large TV's so everyone can see everything all of the time and large comfortable sofas for our family. Definitely recommend it to anyone!

Had such an amazing experience at Hey baby 4D, the waiting area was warm and comfortable with plenty of things for little ones to do if there is a wait, the room itself was big and light with plenty of viewing spaces so if a larger group were to go everyone would be able to see clearly. So happy with the images and all round service we received, definitely recommending to friends and family who want a similar experience.

I can’t recommend this experience enough. I had a 4d scan and it made everything seem so real for me, I highly recommend. The staff were friendly and despite the clinic being busy I didn’t mind waiting a bit and I wasn’t made to feel rushed even though at first baby wasn’t facing forward and we had to try and move her. I can’t thank everyone enough for the lovely experience!

5/5! Not only are the staff sincere, friendly and highly personable but they have thought of all the little touches to make you feel comfortable. Relaxing music, Multiple screens to see your little one, Comfortable relaxing chairs to sit in. The room even changes lighting when you walk in. We were really blown away. Will be returning.
