Arrived at 8am this morning with a cut on my forehead! Wound cleaned, treated and reassurances given ....left 8.20 am. We are fortunate in this area to have the care of the staff of the NCH. Thank you.

Just had my covid19 vaccination. Superbly organised arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment was in and out in just over 10 minutes. All the volunteers and staff were extremely helpful and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. Superb service thank you NHS♥️ Just had my booster dose again brilliantly organised and very efficient in and out in 10 minutes superb job🥰

I attended the walk in centre via triage as I was unable to make an appointment with my GP ( no available appointment). The treatment that I received from Nurse Chivers was first class. She diagnosed my condition, prescribed medication and gave sound advice. I am happy to confirm that my condition has much improved. If the walk in centre was not available I would have presented myself at the nearest accident and emergency department. Many thanks for the care and advice provided. .5 star treatment.

I must congratulate all staff and volunteers at North Cotswolds Hospital for the most efficient way the covid vaccination programme is being carried out. My wife and I have made four journeys for our two jabs and each time the process has run very smoothly and all staff and volunteers have been courteous and cheerful. Well done and thank you.

A huge thanks to the wonderful nurse at the Minor Injuries Clinic who helped treat some very nasty and painful insect bites that I had all over my arms. I went in at midday on Bank holiday Monday and only had to wait 15 minutes. This is a fantastic service. The nursing staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!!!
