My husband and I have had a great experience staying in a Sovereign property for almost a year and a half. Not only that the conditions have been very good, but the team managing the accommodation have been extremely helpful, flexible and supportive of our needs. We are extremely grateful for the team's help and for the living conditions and the promptitude with which issues have been resolved. I would recommend them anytime.

Without doubt Sovereign accommodation, Gloucester is one of the best place I have ever stayed. The location, atmosphere, staff and facilities are so incredible that I always feel it is my home. Initially I lived in a shared accommodation in Sovereign which was amazing and the love towards this place made me to move to a 2 bed flat in the same accommodation as I did not have a second thought on it. The new flat is beautiful beyond words, equipped with all essentials ,including parking facilities temporary and permanent.I have been an inmate here for nearly two years and I can easily say the main pillars of attraction in this accommodation is its lovely accommodation officers and staff. They are so approachable, polite, helpful and absolutely amazing all the time and sometimes I wonder how can they main this sustainability all the time. I am sure all the inmates have same opinion. Special mention to Donna, Boris, Ken, Lyn, Chris and all the house keeping and maintenance team. I love this place to bits and I seriously recommend this place to anyone out there as it stands as a true example of excellent hospitality!!

Just to say that from day 1 of my stay at Sovereign housing I have been impressed by hard working, friendly and helpful housekeeping staffs. They are exceptionally good on their duties. 23/4/2021, After staying here for about 2 years - I am leaving this place. It was a place " home away from home " for me . Thank you everybody for making my stay wonderful and I must say - you have a fantastic team of house keeping .During whole course of the pandemic they were the same caring people with smile on their face, keep it up.

Staff at the accommodation are wonderful, very helpful and flexible with dates etc. Very easy to change booking and book last minute if needed. Communal areas cleaned once a week. The rooms are fine, nothing luxurious but do the job. Kitchens are relatively poorly equipped and were often dirty in between cleans but guess that depends on flat mates (who changed on a daily basis, which I found quite unsettling but that’s the nature of the accommodation). Overall I’d say perfect for a few nights but wouldn’t want to stay more than a few weeks.

Relocating in the UK couldn’t been easier without the help of the Sovereign staffs with special mention to Donna Bates who helped me with the application process. She has always been so helpful and accomodating. Donna has always been so friendly and warm in her dealing with us and our concerns. All of the staffs really are great and dependable in addressing issues in the flat. Mike has been great with all the jobs and handyman’s work, Lynn and Boris are very friendly and approachable too. This was our first home as an overseas worker and the staffs and the management's hospitality welcomed us and made it easier for us to adjust not only as workers but as residents of Gloucester. If you need help they will always give solutions asap. They have out of hours emergencies hotline too. Laundry and common room makes it easier to do chores and have some to relax.

Friendly, helpful accommodation staff nothing is too much for them to help you with. A guy called Mike came to fix the lights in my bathroom today. Very professional yet friendly guy. Extremely efficient, he was very fast no faffing about in & out in no time. I was very pleased as I’d only just returned from work. Thank you.

After moving to UK we had our first home with them. The team is very helpful, professional & responsive. They relieved all the stress of renting a house in new country. One of the best accommodations in the UK for key workers especially at Gloucester Royal Hospital , well maintained apartment and very friendly staff. Also, the office staffs ,maintenance departments and cleaning staffs are the best in their each roles as well as in maintaining relationships .

Donna, Ken and Boris are very wonderful, they go out their way in assisting tenants to their needs. Apart from the hospitality the place is fully furnished and perfect for new starters working at the hospital. There is a kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. Heaters in every room and clean living space. A very warm unit (literally and figuratively)!

Argyll mews in Cheltenham, under Sovereign management, is finely situated near the general hospital so it is a very convenient place to stay if you will be working in the hospital. The accommodation management is brilliant, every staff is helpful and will attend to your needs or queries promptly.
